Chapter 28

"Raven?" Adam asked confused

"Yea! That's Raven she's amazing. Wait! How did you know her name?"

He keeped eye contact with me as he started to walk over. He looks so familiar, I just can't think were from. He gets closer and Nick and Caden steps in front of me. Nick puts his hand out stopping Adam. "That's close enough."

"Nick, Caden, it's okay." I said as I stepped in between them

Then Adam asked, "Is that really you, Raven?"

"How do you know me?"

"When we were younger we went to visit our aunt and there was this girl name Raven. She looked just like you. We stayed there for a month. She helped me with Noah and we hungout alot. I would say she was like a best friend. One day I climbed a tree and fell."

"And I tried to catch you."

"Yea I landed right on top of you."

"Just as our parents came around the corner, and seen you on top of me. And they thought we were." I started getting this sick felling.

"Yea my dad was so mad, he never believed that I actually fell on you."

"Neither did my mom" I said as the memorys started coming back. I took a step back as a tear rolled down my cheek

"Oh Raven I'm sorry for what they did to you. It was all my fault. I bagged my father to make her stop but then he. I'm so sorry!"

"You were still there."

"Yea! My father made me watch."

I covered my face and took off into the house. A couple of minutes later Kristy came in. "Are you okay"

"No. No I'm not okay" She wrapped her arms around me. We set like that for a while.

"Adam to come after you but Nick stop him. He wanted me to come check on you first. What happen Raven? What did the monster do?"

(Nicholas pov)

"Neither did my mom" Raven said. Then I seen her take a step back and a tear rolled down her cheek.

"I'm sorry Raven for what she did to you. It was all my fault. I bagged my father to make her stop but then he. I'm so sorry!"

My head whipped around to him. When I heard Raven say "You were still there." The look on her face showed she was horrified. I felt this pain go thought my chest. I wanted to hold her. By the look on Caden face he feels it too.

Then Adam tells her "Yea! My father made me watch."

I turn and reached for Raven, but she covered her face and took off into the house. Adam was going to go after her but she n%eeded time and I figured she might talk to Kristy. So I sent her in. I hope it was the right decision.

I turned and looked at Adam. "What happened to her? Please tell us."

He looked hesitant but started talking. "Well when they came out and seen us like that. They automatically thought we were messing around. We tried to explain, but they didn't believe us. Raven's mom dragged her into the house, calling her a slut and a whore. Then I could hear her cry out. My father grabbed me and dragged me into the house. I seen Raven laying across the arm of the couch. Her butt up in the air, and her mom whipping her with a belt. Raven just cried. I bagged my father to make her stop but he just stood there watching like he was enjoying it. Then my father walked over smiling at her mom and ran his hand across her back and leaned down and wispered "If your going to act like a whore we can treat you like one." Then he picked her up and carried her to this wall of mirrors they had and pressed her up against it. He started ripping off her clothes. I started screaming and hitting him. He smacked me and I hit the floor. He stood there looking at me then turned to Raven's mom and told her "Keep that whore away from my sons."
He pushed Raven to the floor and grabbed me and Noah and we left. I don't know what happened after that. She would of only been eleven. I'll never forget her cries."

I just stood there not sure what to say when my wolf growls out at the pain they caused her. I wanted her mother dead. Caden went inside and I followed. We needed our mate. We needed to hold her to know she's alright. We wanted to love on her to make her feel better.

We got to Raven's room and just walked in. Raven and Kristy were sitting on the bed and both were crying. We walked up to them pulling Raven into a hug. Both of us needing her scent to clam down our wolfs.

"He told you?"

"Yea! That why you don't like mirrors?" Caden asked

"Part of it, yes."

"What happened after they left."

She breathed in deep. "I don't remember everything but I remember my mom pulling me up and making me look in the mirror telling me that I am disgusting for messing around with my cousin. That was when everything in my life changed. Even my friends slowly didn't like me anymore. I felt alone."

We stood there holding her. When there's a knock on the door. Keegan brings Adam and Noah in. Kristy go right into Keegan's arms and he holds her but asked "Are you okay, sis?"

"Yea" She said as she pulls away alittle and looks at them. She walks away from us and right to Adam. She was face to face with him. "Raven I'm so sorry!"

"Adam it wasn't your fault." Then she wraps her arms around him and he wraps his around her. We just let them stand there. She pulled back and asked "Is he still alive?"

"No he die a few years ago."

"No fence but good."

Adam giggled "That's how I felt too."

She turned and looked at us. "They are mine cousins." We both just smile at her. And she comes back into our arms.

Adam stands there with a confused look. "Your marked by both?"

She turns to him "Yea. They are my mates. Both of them."

"Wow. That cool. So your a Luna and a Beta female."

She just smiles. I leaned in and gave her a kiss. I wisper in her ear "I love you"
