15. Being the new kid sucks

Denice's POV

-Monday Morning-

RIIIIIIIIINNNNGGGG

RIIIIIIIINNNNNNNGGGGG

"Ugh... Who could be at the door?" I groan as I pry open my eyes and slowly get up from my warm bed. Glancing at the clock it says, 6:57am. "Seriously?"I mumble under my breath.

Getting up, I stumble my way out of the room and to the door. I unlock it and standing there is Liam. He's dressed in his school uniform with his packback slung over one shoulder. His hair was perfectly styled and swept over to one side. To him I must have looked like a meed but you can't really blame me since I just woke up.

"Liam, what are you doing here?" I asked as I tried to rub away the sleep from my eyes.

"Just making sure you guys get ready on time so we can go get you enrolled at school." I just stare at him while he just stands there smiling.

"You don't know how badly I want to strangle you for waking me up at this hour." I grumble while letting him inside the house.

"I'll take that as a compliment." He chuckles and I glare at him.

"So tell me again why you're here this early..."

"You and Haley newed to go get ready for school." He stated. "Classes start at 8am." I let out another groan.

"Fine." I wasn't letting the whole 'waking me up early' thing lightly. "Wait... come help me wake up Haley." I said with an evil smile. Liam caught on with what I was going to do.

Both of us quietly walked into Haley's room. She was sleeping face down with her brown hair sprawled out all over her pillow. I turned to see where Liam was and just then he trips on one of Haley's shoes and lands on his face!

Sucking in a breath of air I hold it in praying that she doesn't wake up. Luckily she doesn't and continues to sleep.

"Ow." Mouths Liam once he's standing on two feet again. I roll my eyes and crack a small smile.

Taking one corner of Haley's duvet, I motion for Liam to take hold of the other. I hold up 3 fingers and slowly start to count to 3.

1...

2...

3...

Liam and I both yank off her cover and I begging jumping on her bed.

"WAKE UP WAKE UP WAKE UP!! IT'S MORNING HALEY WAKE UUUUPPP!!!" I chant as I jump some more. Something grabs hold of my leg and I get flung to the floor. I look up confused for a moment. "Ow." I say before breaking out in laughter.

"Was that really necessary?!" Yells Haley.

"Yes." Speaks Liam.

"Liam? YOU WERE ON THIS TOO?!" She yells again. By now Liam and I were now laughing our heads off and clutching onto our sides while we lay on the floor. "Why did you two have to do that?" She groans getting up.

"You have to get ready for school." States Liam and I stick my tongue out.

"But I dont want to go." Pouts Hakey

"Well too bad you're both going. Now you two go get dressed in school clothes and I'll go get breakfast cooked up." He gives us a salute and walks out of the room and toward the kitchen.

Haley and I look at each other before shrugging and starting to get ready. Liam's uniform looked similar to ours so hopefully it would be such a big problem. All that was different was that the school colors were purple rather than orange.
