Dec. 3

This'll be short.

"Ok, we are only going to get the things we need." I clarified.

"Right. What do we need again?" He asks as we pull into the mall parking lot.

"A rain jacket for you, a bigger suitcase, a gift for my brothers and Myra, and a few things for Diana."

He nodded and we walked into the first department store.

"Ok rain jacket, check!" I said as we walked out. "Next is a suitcase."

We found the one we wanted and walked over the see if there was anything else we needed here. We found a few gifts I think my brothers would like and a mixer for Myra.

Next was the toy shop. "Stay focused." I warned.

"Jack, I'm a grown man. I think I can handle myself in a toy store." But as soon as he said it, he walked over to the remote controlled robots.

"Oh boy," I said.

"Ok so that comes out to $150.56" the cashier said. I handed her the money and we walked out with bags full of toys and knick-knacks.

"Grown man huh?" I ask.

"Hey! You got things too!" He said. I blushed. I might have picked up a few things.

"Alright alright. Let's just get home before we do something stupid." I say, but just as the words leave my mouth, we both spot the game store.

I sigh. Looks like we would be here a while longer.
