Chapter seventeen

Indya-

Before i left out for my meeting w jayy i wote August a lil not and kissed him on the cheek.

I finally left out and was on my way to this lil restaurant to meet jayy. I hope he dont think this is a date.

@ the restaurant ...

"What took you so long", Jay yawned as i sat across from him at our table.

"Dont worry", i said as he scoffed.

"Ok but the real reason why i wanted to meet w you today is because i wanna take you to see this movie", he blushed as i starred at him blankly.

"Jay i cant i have a boyfriend", i sighed.

"Ik were just friends", he smiled.

"Yeah friends!", i said playfully hiting him as he licked his lips.
"While we here i wanna order us some food", he said as i looked at the menu.

"I'll just have w.e your having", i replied as he nodded w a smile.

Ok ima be honest i was attracted to jay but im w August and i feel like me and him are meant.

The lady came to our table as we ordered are food.

While we waited we chatted about things and stuff like that basically just a lil friendly talk.

Suddenly my phone had ringed and i saw that it was August.

Jay looked at my caller id and hit decline.

"Why would you do that", i said as he looked at me.

"Your w me now...not him", he said making my stomach flutter.

I put my phone away as the waitress came back w our food.

Each moment seemed so idk with jay. Its like had that lil spark that i just couldn't describe.

His eyes was so tempting and i couldn't resist but stay on this lil friendly date w him.

"Hey you ready", he sais snapping me outa my thoughts as i nodded.

He took my hand and walked me to car as we both got in.

"Soo what movie were going to see and where is it at", i said as ge drove.

"At this mall", he replied touching my hand.

He looked up at me as i did the same.

"You aint gotta hide it indie", he said as i remained silent.

August-

I read Indya note and decided to call her but she aint answer.

A nigga really start to feel the tension as if she was really cheating on me but i doubt it.

She was in luh w me too much to ever think about the next nigga.

All of a sudden i heard a knock at the door.

I jogged downstairs to answer it to see April.

"Shawty what you doing here", i said as she walked inside looking around.

"August take me sonewhere", she insisted.

"Sonewhere like what", i said leaning against the wall.

"Take me shopping", she replied as i sighed.

"I can't do that you not my girl", i said.

"Then what am i to you August some type of sideline", she said getting mad.

She left leaving me alone to my thoughts.

April-

I drove to the nearest mall and decided to shop for my own damn self.

I was mad at August....idk why i just was.

I walked in and spotted Indya and some nigga.

My mouth dropped as i shook my head.

I walked up towards her finna start some shit i had up my sleeve.

"Hey indya your August girl right", i said as she nodded looking at me weird as the nigga she was w did the same.

"Who are you?", she asked laughing a bit as i cleared my throat.

"Look me and August been seeing eachother for some days now up under your nose and i just feel as if you should know since thats basically our nigga", i said as she just starred blankly.

She walked off looking a bit mad as i laughed to myself shaking my head.

Indya-

I went into the women's restaurant and let all my anger out.

Please dont cry over this nigga i said to myself as i heard jayy walking into the bathroom.

"Don't worry bout that shit indya", he said wiping my face as i shook my head.

"I cant be here im leaving", i said but he aint let me go.

"Im going w you", he replied as i looked at him.
