--- Jimmy's POV ---

Dead...? "What?" I don't think I heard him right... " What'd you say?" He looked up at me and smiled, "Nothing! It doesn't matter anyway, 'cause they were just lying!" He looked down and I saw his smile fade. I really didn't hear him wrong... if they told him that... no one would tell a kid their mother was dead! No one would lie about that!! That means the she really is dead!? No!!
I got up and ran inside, ignoring my brother who questioned who was doing, with a hunt of concern in his voice. I ran inside, not bothering to look at the number of things I knocked over on the way. I ran into the living room where my grandparents were. They seemed like they were looking for us, so I didn't hesitate to make my presence known. "Where's mama?!" The both jumped at the sudden noise, "Where is she?! Greg said she was dead, b-but she can't be!! She was alive when I left!!" Neither of them bothered to say anything. Instead, Grandma began to cry and grandpa hugged me. This proved it. Mom was dead....

--- Gregory's POV ---

Jimmy ran off once I told him mama was dead. "JIMMY!!" Oh no, that was a bad idea!! "Jimmy, what're you doing?!" Ohhhh, no... this is bad... this is really really bad!! I hope I wasn't right before! I hope he isn't the one who..! "Jimmy!!!" I got up and chased after him. He was surprisingly fast for his size. He wasn't big though, not at all. He was actually only two years older than me and he's the same size as me. Not because I'm tall though, he's just that short. He tripped over multiple things while he was running, but he didn't stop to pick them up. So I did...
He was inside when I finally finished picking up. Grandpa was hugging him and Grandma was hugging them both. Everyone was crying.. except Jimmy. He looked emotionless. Almost. He was showing one emotion, but that emotion wasn't sadness... it was anger. Hatred is a better way to describe it. It hatred towards what? I wanted to ask, but I was afraid to away anything. He clinched his fist and started to push them away. This isn't good... head getting angry again..! I hid behind the wall with an easy access to an exit, just incase I was right. He started yelling at them and accusing them of lying. They denied it though and told him they were telling the truth. That they were sorry for what happened. This only made him even more angry though. He yelled louder and began to swing at them, like he wanted to hurt them. All the while my thoughts were at war. Part of me wanted to stop him, part of me wanted to hide in a cabinet, and part of me wanted to run. I gave in to the last. I didn't want to deal with this any longer. I had heard Jimmy arguing with mom so long, and now she's dead. It must be him, there's no other explanation!... but it can't be!!
Jimmy's helping snapped me back into reality and I ran to the back door. I opened it and closed it both time quietly, not that you would be able to hear it over Jimmy anyway. Once I was outside, I paused for a moment, trying to remember which way our house was. I was going to go back there. To wait for mama. I still dont believe she's dead. She can't be. I'll go there and wait with Box friend. He'll take care of me until she gets back! But... I can't remember how to get there.. 'Gwegowy~!' Wait... Box friend? 'Gwegowy, come pway wif me!!'
"I don't know where you are!"
'Oh... well, I'll come to you then, Gwegowy!'
"How are you going to do that?" I questioned him, only to be startled by him suddenly appearing next to me. "How did you do that!?!"
'Magic, Gwegowy!! Now come on! Let go home!!' He took my hand and we suddenly appeared in a house. My house. Or... my used to be house... no. This is my home. Not that other place with my 'Grandparents'. No, this is my home now! And I love my home...
