Mitch's pov
We walked into the apartment and Scott walked me over to his couch. "So," he started, "talk to me about it." I hesitated but I couldn't hold it in, I broke down and started crying, failing to form any real words to explain.
"I'm sorry." I muttered. I was in his arms, crying into his shirt.
"Sorry? Why are you sorry? You haven't done anything wrong."
"You shouldn't have to be here with me. I'm a mess. I don't deserve you Scott. I'm sorry that I can't do as much for you as you do for me."
"You're crazy you know?"
I looked up at him, and we locked eyes. "What?"
"You think you're not good enough for me, but I think that I'm not good enough you. Trust me Mitchie, you're perfect, nobody is better. I don't think that you're a mess at all. And I know I don't have to be here with you , I want to. I want to be here for your ups and your downs, and I will be, always."
I smiled, my cheeks growing red. We were still staring into each other's eyes until he broke our gaze by sliding his eyes down to my lips. He leaned down and placed a kiss on my lips. "I love you Mitch."
