A loud whine slipped through _____'s lips as she pushed her book away from her. The librarian shushed her, and the girl gave a pathetic look towards her "study buddy."
"You said you didn't want my help, therefore don't ask for it." The black-haired male glanced up from his textbook with a small glare before looking back down. "I have an essay on Shakespeare's Hamlet due tomorrow and I would like to get it done on time."
"But Vegeta, I'm gonna fail my math exam!" she whispered loudly, a noticeable plead in her voice.
"Then get the teacher to help you."
"She'll just tell you to help me and you know that." The (colour)-haired girl crossed her arms as her cheeks started to heat up.
"And then I'll help you. Until then, figure it out for yourself."
"Because helping _____ is such a chore..." she mocked in a poor imitation of his voice. Tears built in the corners of her eyes as she gathered her stuff and stood up. "Thanks for the help, Vegeta. It really opened my eyes." She turned away from the table and walked towards the library doors, not even noticing the look the male had on his face.
