"Just relax..." I told myself, quickly getting into the cart. "Just...relax." The same two words barely escaped grit teeth. Mordecai and Rigby needed to learn to stop slacking off!

But, then again, I need to learn to just...relax. Sometimes, I just want to disappear...but what would be the point in that? Skips knows the answers to everything; he'd be able to help bring me back.

A sigh slipped through my lips as I headed towards the park's main building. Wasn't there supposed to be two new people coming today?

Whatever... I sighed again as I pushed the door open. I held back the yell that wanted to leave my mouth when I saw Mordecai and Rigby slacking off again! And this time, with people I didn't know!

The girl was kind of cute, though...

What am I thinking?! She's probably one of the new employees!

---

You looked up, and a bright blush lit your face as your eyes locked onto a red-haired, equally red-faced male. He looked...angry?

"Uh-uhm..." You nudged the other new guy, motioning that you two should leave to a different room. When he seen why, he quickly agreed.

Thomas quickly put his hands over your ears, and you hesitantly did the same for him (though braved up when you figured out why). It was a while before the two of you moved away from each other, and you silently thanked him as the red-haired man came into the kitchen with Mordecai and Rigby (the two employees you and Thomas had met when you came in).

"I-I'm sorry," you said. It was an instinct- something that you really couldn't help, no matter what you did.

"It's not your fault. Just these two...who need to get back to work." The man seemed...calmer now. It made you panic on the inside. You watched the two employees walk away, muttering about the red-haired guy.

"Let's sit down, then," he said. You sat close to Thomas, though that was because you knew him better than this...really attractive man. "My name is Benson. I will be your boss." And that made it so, so much worse.

---

"I will be your boss." I glanced over to the girl. Slight...depression?...flashed through her eyes. Why would she be depressed?

"That's cool! I don't, uh, do the whole yelling thing, though, so I'll be better than Mordo and Rigs." The tanned male laughed, and my eyes wandered over to the girl as he said his name was "Thomas."

She waved as a dark blush dusted her cheeks. I wanted to hold her, but I didn't really know why. Something occurred to me faster than knowing Mordecai and Rigby were slacking off.

She would be the only female worker.

"What's your name?" I asked, keeping my voice as level as possible. I wasn't excited, definitely not. I was worried.

"U-uhm, ah... M-my na-name is, _____..." she stuttered. The blush darkened. Thomas slipped an arm around her shoulders, and she seemed more-or-less calmed down, muttering something about "Thanks, cousin..."

At least I knew who they were going to be partnered with.

---

So, it's been a few days since me and _____ got a job at the Park. We were assigned rooms together (since _____ was terrified of being alone and Benson knew we were cousins). We were partners, too. I've gotten just a little suspicious about Benson and my cousin, though. She tells me everything eventually, and of course, this wasn't going to be an exception.

"H-hey, Tom," _____ said, walking up to me. She looked...hesitant.

"What's up?" I replied, slipping an arm around her shoulders.

"I-I think I like Benson." I raised an eyebrow at her. "L-like, like-like him."

I nodded. "That's...cool, I guess. He's a cool guy when he isn't yelling. I think it'd work out fine. But if you two establish a relationship, you might have to get a different job."

"But that'd mean..."

"I'll move out. We can still stay together, and I can drive you to work and back." I watched as she nodded, and a tiny smile formed on her face.

She'd be perfect for Benson. Might help him relax some, too!

---

I sighed. Why were Mordecai and Rigby such slackers? Can't they do any of their jobs right?!

"Come in," I called after the three knocks. I looked up, and a blush formed on my cheeks when I seen _____. "Hey."

"H-hi," she replied, blushing. The (hc) female moved forwards, slowly sitting in the chair at the other side of the desk. "I-if an employee established a relationship with their boss, would they have to find another job?" She said it slowly, as if she were thinking it over as she was saying it.

"Yes, they would. Why are you asking?" I hoped that she would say what I want her to s-

"Because I, I uhm...r-really li-like you, Benson." I think that right then was when I was the happiest in my entire life.

"That's..." A smile formed on my face. "I really like you too, _____." She looked happy. "I'll help you find another job. If you want, though, you can still live here. Until you find a good place to stay." I wanted to say "unless you want to stay with me." I really did. But I couldn't, because she might want to stay with Thomas.

"Thank you so much!" she exclaimed. I watched her lean over, and let my eyes slip close as she pressed her lips to mine.

I think this is also the most relaxed I've ever been, too.
