Happy (Appy) reading!
Happy appy appy app!
What the fuck was this shit. All you wanted was Blue's Clues- with Steve, mind you- but no! It was cancelled for this bullshit!
Happy Appy...the fuck kinda name was that?!
"Ugh, whatever..." you muttered, crossing your arms over your chest. "I'm gonna watch it anyways...might eat an apple to mock this shit..."
You only half-paid attention.
What? You didn't have that much to spare. Attention costs a lot of...well, attention! And it takes a lot just to keep your's.
Grumbling about Blue's Clues being cancelled, you went outside, seeing a...very familiar white van.
The only thing that was different about it?
Well, standing beside the van was a red-haired man. He had beautiful blue eyes, but...he was wearing the strangest outfit. His pants were brown- pretty much the color of rust, actually. So was his shoes and his shirt- but the jacket over the shirt was red, with a green zipper.
"What's up with this hot motherfucker? Talkin' to kids- hell, he should be pickin' up the ladies! Not in that van, though..." you muttered quietly. You sauntered over as low as your voice was, getting over there without being noticed by any of them.
"What's shakin', Red?" you asked.
"Don't call me that," the guy said instantly. He turned to you, giving you a nice look of his perfect eyes and gorgeous face. "I am in no way some form of Red- he and I come from two different things and I do not like him whatsoever."
"Bro, I was just goin' by your color. Didn't mean to offend you or anythin'. Rather me call you sexy infronna all these kids?" you asked, still talking in a low, Southern-ish drawl.
"Better than being called Red..." the guy mumbled. All the kids gagged when you said the word "sexy." Apparently they didn't like that. Whatever. "My name is Appy. Happy Appy, to be exact. You might know me from my show!"
"I actually do. I shouldn't, but I do. Whatever. Can we ditch these kids and go hang out alone? My place is just across the street." You stared at the sort-of-used-to-be stranger.
He grinned. "I just got an invite to a 'date' with a really pretty girl! Should I go?"
The kids all looked at each other, disgusted at the simple thought of going on a 'date.' A few of them gagged, but all quickly walked away.
"Well, I guess that answers that question," you said, grabbing Appy's hand. You flashed him a grin. "Wanna bring your van over or you okay with leavin' it here?"
"It'll be fine where it is!" Appy said cheerfully- he wasn't called Happy Appy for nothing.
You shot him another grin, pulling him across the road to your house.
You two got way more than friendly that night.
