All Silver wanted to do was be alone. He wanted someone, sure, but since he didn't know who, he wanted to just be alone.

But that's not the way stories work. And he knew this.

Silver was just sitting with his Unown, the six that spelled out "IMDEAD" at the end of his game. when a light formed above his head. A sigh slipped through his lips.

Someone was about to play his game...

Silver shook his head as he willed everything to get it it's place.

_____ stared curiously at her gameboy screen. The Gamefreak logo appeared, but it...froze. It took a few seconds before it unfroze, and a few more before anything else came up.

She was confused when she came up in a tower- Bellsprout? It had been a long time before she had even touched a Pokemon game cartridge, so she really didn't know.

"What am I supposed to do...?" she asked herself. She opened the menu, going through everything. She didn't understand why he was named "..." and she was amazed at the fact that everything was at it's max. _____ got confused with the Pokemon, though.

Five Unown and a Hurry? A Cyndaquil with one hit point named Hurry, at least.

"Do I figure out what it says?" She pulled out her phone, looking up "Unown," bringing up the Bulbapedia page and going to the Unown and the letters they represented.

"Leave...hurry?" She blinked a few times. "But I don't wanna leave." _____ made ... walk around for a bit, trying to figure out a name for him. She clicked on the back of the pillar, and down went Silence (she decided to name him that since she'd forgotten to turn her sound on).

"Wha..." She blinked. The screen was black. Panicking, she started pressing all of the buttons, and the menu came up. Still the five Unown and Hurry.

"He knows Flash...!" she exclaimed, selecting him and pressing the move Flash. She smiled when the room lit up, but frowned when she realized it was a red room. There was a grey path, and since there was no way else to go, she chose to take it.

Every some number of steps, the screen got darker.

"Silence, what's happening?" she asked the character hopelessly. She soon came upon a sign, and when she clicked it, a message popped up saying "TURN BACK NOW." A "Yes/No" option came up.

She pressed "No," but nothing happened. Shaking her head quickly, she pressed "yes." The screen went black, and the ladder-climbing sound happened.

It was another dark room. The girl got Hurry to use Flash again.

A message popped up, saying that Hurry fainted.

"Wha...? But how?!" she half-yelled.

She opened the menu, clicking before even moving to the Pokemon option.

It was the trainer card. The picture on it showed Silence (technically Gold), but without his arms. It said he had 24 badges (which confused her), and he seemed...sad.

"D-don't be sad, Silence!" she said. Of course, she was only talking to a game.

_____ shook her head quickly, backing out of the Trainer Card screen and going to the Pokemon one.

"Six Unown...? But..." A weird sound came from her mouth.

Silver wanted to tell the girl to not worry about it, that it was just a part of the game. He watched her face show fear as she pieced that the Unown spelled out "HEDIED."

"I'm really sorry..." he whispered. Silver decided to take over the game, and he made a message pop up, saying "Just watch."

He watched as the girl nodded, seemingly trying to calm down.

The male walked around a bit, before spinning, going downwards.

Silver took her through the entire game; he didn't want to, but he did. At some points, he would let her take over; mainly just to check the Trainer Card and the Pokemon.

He paid close attention to her reactions- other people who played his game were terrified, but she looked...sad. Depressed, even. She was pretty much crying- especially when "R.I.P. ..." came up.

"I-I'm sorry, Si," she stuttered. A hiccup left her mouth.

"It's okay," he whispered back. He hadn't meant to- but he was suddenly okay with it.

The shocked look on the girl's face is what made him slightly sad.

"Wh...d-did you ju-ust...?" _____ hiccuped again.

"Yes. C-can you put your, uhm, Gameboy down for a minute...?"

She nodded, sitting the console on her bed. She slid back before glancing at the time. When was it 12:03?

When she glanced back up, Silence was in front of her. Her eyes widened, tears filling them again.

"D-don't cry anymore! I'm perfectly fine! See?" He waved his see-through arms and moved his see-through legs. A smile formed on his face. "My-my name's Silver. Who are you?"

He stared at the girl as she stuttered out her name.

"That's a really nice name!" Silver said, smiling. A small, sad frown formed on his face. "People usually call me Lost Silver, though..."

"Why?" Silver looked up as she was wiping her cheeks.

"I...don't really know." He gave a tiny laugh. "But, you're the only person who...tried to cheer me up as the game went on..." he whispered.

An expression of shock was on his face a second later when a pair of arms wrapped around him.

"W-well, I...don't want you to be sad anymore...!" _____ told him.

Silver blushed, but a smile formed on his face. "I'm really happy..." He started laughing.

Slowly, _____ joined him. She yawned after a while, though, and Silver told her to go to sleep.

"I'll be here when you wake up. Just keep my game with you," he said quietly. He watched her nod and sit her Gameboy on her bedside table, plugging it up to charge. He smiled when she fell asleep, and with that he disappeared into her console.

Suddenly, Silver didn't want to be alone anymore.
