51.
The Philanthropic Raise of Funds Ball was there. This year, Barbra would be announced as the most inspiring and compromised philanthropist of the year. Her blue eyes were teary and it was possible to see how proud of herself she was.
Ryan didn't like much of these kind of events. It was usually a bunch of rich people giving money away to look good, not for any noble reasons. However, this year his wife was the honored so he had to go.
Jenna and Harold were very proud of Barbra. She was on her way to be a even better person. Jenna in particular, who had always heard from Barbra - ever since she was a little girl - how she wanted to do something for people in need; how Architecture was the perfect way to make it.
- I'm so proud of you, sweetie! You're an amazing person Barbra!
Jenna said, touching her arm.
- Thank you mom! I'm so nervous!
Barbra said, apprehensive.
- Don't be! You deserve it, these people here know it, you're so humble and caring, it truly makes me proud.
Barbra had the biggest smile on her face. It was probably the best day of her life, and it meant a lot that her mother was supporting her.
- Plus, you look amazing tonight!
Harold had said.
- Dad! I was afraid you wouldn't make it!
- I'm here! I'm sorry I'm late. Hope I didn't miss anything!
She hugged them. The atmosphere couldn't be better.

People were applauding.
- Thank you! Now, this was a good night! All of our donated objects were sold, and we had a big amount of money to spend on our charity institutions.
The woman, leader of that philanthropic institution, had said, happy.
More applauses. She waited for it to end, and she continued:
- We know we mostly do our charity with money that we raise from beneficent events, which is so important, but these year, we want to congratulate a woman who is so altruist and has a true desire for help others. She, along with her husband's company sponsorship, has spent a lot of money of their own to construct two condominiums of 13 floors and 7 buildings each, to homeless people and families who don't have financial stability to raise over two kids and the bills, saying that the first month of rent will be free for the homeless people, giving them a chance to find a job, since they won't have to worry about having a place to sleep anymore, and they have promised to charge a fair price after it. She was also the responsible for the reform of an orphanage, adding over 300 m2, giving those kids a better place to stay, while waiting for a family, and creating space for more 75 kids to live. Let's applaud Barbra Fletcher-Parker, our most commitment person on philanthropic projects of the year!
Barbra was shy over all the attention, and she was blushing. Ryan, Harold and Jenna were intensely applauding her.
- Thank you so much. It's such an honor to be able to use my vocation and my privileged financial situation to be helping other people to have a chance in life. I have always been involved with volunteer work, and I cannot think of something that makes me more pleasured than help. I want to thank my husband, Ryan Parker, for believe and support both of these projects, without his sponsorship it would've been harder to concretize this. I would like to invite all of you that aren't involved with some social project, to start to be. It's something that we do without any profit, but there's nothing that makes you feel better. Thank you.

It was all over the newspapers, Barbra's and Ryan's names, as truly valuable people to community. Barbra was happy about the repercussion of it, she hoped to make people join her cause. It had been a great weekend for her.

"So, I'm sorry I couldn't make it to your event... But congratulations, your face is all over internet"
Anna had call Barbra.
"Thank you"
Barbra was trying to sound gentle, but she thought it was time for Anna to be out of her way with Ryan. She would do the best thing she could think of: Anna would go along her, Ryan, and Evan to the grange, and she would have a weekend to make Ryan think the worse things about Anna, along with Evan. And this experience would probably put the guys together again. And Anna would be without any of them, and she could finally start searching for someone who wasn't on Barbra's life. The game was on, the white flag was gone.
"So, Anna, I'm going with Ryan to that grange we have, do you want to join us? Bring Isabella, we can have a great time and relax"
"I don't know..."
"You don't know? Think about it: it's nowhere to be found, there will be no paparazzi, no nothing to spy you, just us, the trees, the birds, and peace"
Anna thought for a moment before answering. Barbra was right, it was a great idea.
"Ok, we're going. Thanks for the invitation"
"My pleasure"
It truly was.

A week later, Anna and Isabella were going to the grange with Barbra and Ryan, in the same car. They left really early, and when they arrived it was still morning.
Isabella loved the place, and even more the animals that were there. She spent the morning running after ducks and pigs, but she cried a lot on the first time that she saw a cow. Anna thought it was funny, she spent hours giving little scares on Isabella about the cow, but Barbra thought it was mean.
Ryan was lying on a hammock, relaxing. Around 11 a.m. Evan arrived. He and Ryan said "hello" to each other, and it was weird for them pretending not to miss the other.
Evan was hoping that their friendship could happen again, when he heard a kid's laugh, which made him apprehensive, not knowing who else was there. The answer came very quickly, when he saw Barbra on her bikinis, chasing Isabella, chasing a dog's puppy. For a second he was really glad, and when Isabella saw him, it was like no one else in the world existed.
- Daddyyyy!
She screamed. She ran to his arms and he was throwing her on the air, playing with her, who happily smiled. Until Anna appeared, to see what was the reason to all that happiness, and Evan had frozen.
He kissed Isabella's cheek, and putted her on the ground again, turning away to leave. Barbra ran to him.
- What the hell?
- Why you didn't told me she was going to be here?
- Evan! Stop this nonsense! This is the perfect opportunity for you and Ryan get back to friends, plus, you'll be spending an amazing weekend to your daughter. Anna doesn't want to see you anymore that you do. Just ignore her, I'm sure she'll do the same with you.
He took a deep breath.
- Whatever.
