Teresa, Thomas, and I are thrown on the ground in front of three poles, and people begin to tie up Teresa and I.

"Gally this-this doesn't feel right, man." Winston says.

"We could go home," Frypan adds.

Gally looks at him. "We are home. Tie him up," he gestures to Thomas. When no one does anything he says "I said tie him up!"

People begin to pick Thomas up, but he just elbows them and stands, pushing them away.

Teresa and I kick the guys who are tying us, and Chuck runs over with a sack full of weapons.

Thomas stands at the fount of the group as Teresa and I are handed weapons. I hand mine back, looking at my hand.

I zone out for a moment, imagining about what could be outside the Maze. Other than WICKED. I only zone back in when I see everyone else running into the Maze, and I follow. It's now or never.

I take a deep breath as my senses sharpen and my claws come out. Everyone who didn't know about what I am stares at me in shock, confusion, or fear. But I keep going, prepared to fight Grievers.

We get through a lot of hallways with no problem, when all of a sudden a Griever jumps out on somebody, earning a response scream.

I jump at the Griever, slashing it with my claws. It turns to me and roars, pulling out it's stinger. I grab the arm with the stinger and yank it off the slimy, monstrous body. The Griever roars at me and I slash it again, causing it to go still. I turn around and see no one else was fighting Grievers, there was only the one.

Everyone's standing there, staring at me in either horror or awe.

"I told you guys girls are awesome," Chuck says.

I laugh a little. "Surprise!"

A few people in the group laugh, and Thomas and Teresa just stand there, staring at me.

"Alright, let's keep going," Minho says.

We continue to run through the Maze peacefully, until we come to the Cliff. Thomas runs towards something, and tons of Grievers climb up the sides, attacking from every angle.

I start slashing my claws like crazy, always making sure to watch Chuck. Every minute or so I allow a glance over at Newt, but I'd kinda rather make sure my brother is okay.

A Griever pins me against the wall and roars in my face, but turns around a moment later.

Chuck and Newt are standing behind it, both with spears wedged into the Griever.

I slash at it while it's distracted, and it falls to the ground. Along with all the others. They all just dropped to the ground, suddenly.

"Follow me!" Thomas yells while running through a hole that was not there thirty seconds ago.

We all follow him, and we reach a hallway with a bunch of lights that light themselves. And at the end of the hallway is a small EXIT sign.

"On a scale of one to ten, how ironic is that?" Frypan asks.

"Eleven," I answer.

Thomas starts walking down towards the sign, and we follow him.

Once we reach it we go through a door, to reach a dilapidated lab. I recognize it as the scene from a couple of my memories.

"Is it over?" Chuck asks.

"It-it's over," I say. "It's over, it's over, it's really over." I hug Newt. "It's over! We're free!" Tears of joy start falling down my face.

"We're free." Newt whispers while hugging me. "It took so long but we're finally free." He pulls out of the hug and presses his lips against mine.

We kiss for a few seconds, until Chuck fakes a cough. "Hate to interrupt, but that's kinda gross. Especially because it's my sister."

My cheeks turn red and I look down at the ground. "Sorry..."

"What do we do now?" Thomas asks while scanning the group.

"I guess we go out-" Teresa begins, but is cut off.

"No," Gally's voice shocks everyone. He stayed in the Glade, how'd he get here? Wait he's... he's holding something. He's holding a gun.

"Gally we-we're free." Thomas looks at Gally.

He shakes his head. "We can't leave. They won't let us."

"Gally we left-we're out. Just put down the gun."

He shakes his head again. "I belong to the Maze. We all do." He pulls the trigger on the gun, and before I can stop him Chuck jumps in front of the bullet.
