The ink stains this paper with my mistakes
Scratched out words and numerous attempts
Trying to convey the colorful emotions you elicted
With swirling white hues like soft clouds painted onto your words
Dark red desires that you created within me
Grey skies that held my longing for you hung low
Because you created vivid blue loneliness with your fingers
And laughing lilac tones with your lips
But none of these words held the power of your touch
