"Time to wake up, love birds.  We have important things to do over the course of the next few days."  Chris's voice startles me from my, well, not so peaceful sleep into the even less peaceful reality of my life.

Phil groans, gripping tightly against me as Chris yanks the covers off of us.  "Go away, Chris."

"Oh, there's nothing like hearing annoying twat first thing in the morning."  I shoot a glare over to Chris only to see him chuckling at my remark.  I pull Phil closer, allowing him room to nuzzle his head into the bed of my neck.  "What the hell do you want?"

He makes his way to one of the posts of the king sized bed and leans comfortably against it.  "Well, you see, I've gotten my little bond babies together, but I haven't gotten the other three ingredients yet.  Meaning my witch, other vampire, nor my werewolf."

"Okay and how does that tie into Phil and I being woken up at,"  I pause momentarily in order to check the clock, only to groan when I read the numbers.  "Five a.m.  Do you not have anyone else's life to ruin at five a.m?"

Chris just rolls his eyes and brushes the light chocolate brown hair from his eyes.  "Oh on the contrary, i do, but I just love seeing how pissy you get whenever you hear my voice, Danny Boy."

With an extremely fake, sarcastic smile, I flip him off before rolling my eyes and focusing back on Phil while Chris continues rambling.  "But back on track to what I was originally saying, I need those ingredients.  And  I don't really trust you, Daniel, to not try and come up with some foolish plan while I'm out to get them.  So,"  I look back up to him just to be met with a cocky smile.  "You and Philly here will be joining me to find them."

An incredulous glare forms on my face.  "You expect us to spend our last few days together helping you find your damn ingredients for the ritual in which Phil dies?  No way in hell."

Chris rolls his eyes, Phil is still quietly laying by my side.  "Daniel, you have no choice.  I know Phil will come, he told me he would last night.  Now if you would prefer for just us to go, that's-"

"Wait, you what?"  I shift so that I can look at Phil's guilty face.

He bites down on his bottom lip nervously.  "It was part of the agreement in order to make him use me instead of you, Dan.  We need to go."

I throw my hands in the air.  "Unbelievable."  Swinging my legs over the side of the bed, I roll my eyes once more before standing and heading towards the bathroom.  "Well I'm going to take a shower.  Maybe you two can go ahead and make some more decisions for me while I'm gone."  With that, I slam the twin bathroom doors closed.  I can practically feel Phil's cringe as the walls rumble from the force.

How many other plans have they made without me knowing?  Next thing I know, they'll be pulling out a contract Phil has already signed saying we have to have a threesome with him once every new moon or some stupid shit like that.  Honestly, at this point, nothing they do will surprise me.

The shower goes fast.  I hear them discussing the seating arrangements and where each of the different people are. Apparently the witch is already here, which is rather odd considering I haven't recalled bumping into one lately.  Usually witches scope out the area and make sure the vampires are trustworthy, but I guess this one must be a bit inexperienced.

With a towel wrapped rather loosely around my waist, I open the doors and scan the room.  Great.  Chris is still here.

Phil's face flushes instantly as he looks away from me, causing a smirk to form across my lips.  Doubt Chris would ever be able to make Phil as flustered as I can.  Not that he'd ever have that opportunity anyways.  Over my dead body maybe.  "Chris,"  Phil mutters as his fingers fool around with the fabric of his sheets.  "Would you give us a moment please?"
