32. Prepared

(Camary's P.O.V.)

"Pregnant?" Chris whispered.

I bit my lip, nodding slowly.

"Since when?"

"I mean I knew about it for a while now but I had went to the doctors the last time we saw each other to confirm whether or not it was true and...it happened to come back positive."

He nodded his head real slow, I guess still shocked from what I was saying.

"Baby say something." I touched the side of his face slowly caressing it but he remained quiet.

"Anything." I whimpered.

He shook his head. "It's fine Cam."

"Chri-."

"Just drop it for now."

"Drop what? This situation?"

"Cam-."

I scoffed "No!...Chris I really do apologize, I should've told you sooner but things like this happen and maybe not at the best time-." He continued shaking his head.

So I cupped his face in my hands. "But baby...God would never put us through anything that he knew for sure we wouldn't be able to handle. And if you trust me and love me like you say you do...you would believe me when I say that everything's going to be alright. Okay?"

He looked straight in my eye. "Okay."

"Okay?" I smiled wiping the tears that were now streaming down his face.

"Baby I love you so much, and I know that this is so unexpected, trust me I know I've been doubting myself ever since I took the test. But the fact that I'm carrying your baby and well is going to for the next 7-8 months is something exciting and I wouldn't want to have this experience again with any other man but you." He nodded kissing my lips while rubbing my sides.

"I love you so much." I smiled

"I love you too."

(Kiara's P.O.V.)

"Nolannn, I'm tired. Pleaseee stop."

"No, I haven't seen you in a day."

"Wow, and it feels like forever."

"You have no heart."

I gasped playfully "Shocking."

He laughed "I can't stand you sometimes."

"I know. That's what happens when you fucking with a real bih' like me."

I flipped my hair over my shoulder with a huge smirk in my face.

"Yeah okayy."

"So ummm... I might not be here for a few weeks durning the summer."

"Why?"

"Two months after my birthday is Elanas and since she's been talking about how she misses her cousins and the rest of her family, August and I have been talking and we think that we should let her spend her birthday down in New Orleans."

"Damn. For a few weeks?"

"Yea I mean that is Elanas family and being that she's never met my side of the family yet, I think it would be wrong to keep her away from other people who love her and genuinely care about her."

"I know and I think that it's good thing that you're willing to go through all of this and put up with August just to make Elana happy."

"Ummm thanks... But there's nothing wrong with August if that's what your implying." I leaned up from Nolan's chest staring at him.
