2. Maybe Maybe Not

(Kiara's P.O.V.)

Once I got home I put the groceries away and called up my girls Camary, Christina, and Passion.

I met all three of them at the boarding school in England that my mother and father had sent me to when they first heard I was pregnant.

Camary, Christina, and Passion were all in the same position as me. Except Passion had a miscarriage with 2 twins a girl and a boy, six months into her pregnancy.

It was hard on her and none of us could imagine what she was going through at the time but we all stuck together regardless.

She still tries to act like nothing's wrong when she's around us, and she does a great job at hiding it . But I can still see the hurt that she carries everyday with her.

The girls came over, all sitting themselves down awaiting for my news so that had just occurred in the last 2 hours.

"Girl spill the beans you got me over here 10 in the morning." Camary stated.

I kissed my teeth "It's 2:33 in the afternoon. What are you talking about?"

"Kiara I have a little girl who needs to be taken care of what else could I be implying besides the fact that you got me in here '2:33 in the afternoon'."

"Come on Camary listen to what Kay has to say." Christina butted in.

She has always been the reasonable one out of all of us.

I sighed thanking God for Christina's patient soul.

I explained to them everything about Trey approaching me to him inviting me to a "get together"

They all stared at me with blank expressions. Camary looked at me crazy and all of them busted out laughing. "I'm serious guys."

"We're not laughing because we don't believe you-."

"I don't! Stop lying to the girl!" Camary shot back while still laughing. I rolled my eyes at her.

"Anyways me and Christina believe you don't listen to Camary. Its just that you and parties or whatever this event is...don't go together." Passion stated.

"I know that already."

"Do you want to go?" I shrugged my shoulders not really up for it but it was my weekend off and I didn't wanna stay home.

"How about if we come with you?"

I looked at them still not sure if I was up for this. "Who's gonna watch after our kids?"

"Girl you need a break! Stop worrying so much about Eli and just have fun for once." Camary whined.

I frowned "I do want to have fun but if anything my daughters safety comes first."

"I gotchu girl stop worrying. I have this babysitter who will stop what she's doing just to earn some extra cash. So lemme call her up now." She stopped in her tracks turning around

"You might wanna pack Elana a sleeping bag just in case." With that she opened the door stepping outside into the hallway of my condo.

"You should've just said that." I shouted when she was about to close the door. She flicked me off closing it completely.

Rude

"Alright now let's get you into something cute." I rolled my eyes playfully.

"It's not that big of a deal." I whined.

"Yes it is." They both replied.
