Nakatayo si Mr. Coffee sa reception kausap ang ilang receptionists dito. Mataas ang silaw ng araw nagrereflect sa marmol floor kaya nung lingunin ako ni Mr. Coffee para akong naubusan ng hininga ng ngitian nya ako.
Hindi pa din nagsisink in sa akin that hes mine. And moments like this, among all the crowd thats building up in the lobby for lunch break, he locked his eyes on me, it felt like theres nobody there, just Mr. Coffee and I.
Yung totoo parang gusto ko syang takbuhin at yakapin.... And maybe Ill have the courage to kiss him! And then, Ill never let him go.
My world literally stopped. Because the only person I see is him. His sly smile that deepened his dimples like hes sharing a private joke with me.
I smiled back.
Those eyes that lazily gaze in me proudly, loving what hes looking at. I had to roll my eyes and made faces.
Ang lakas lang talaga magpakilig!
Slowly he walks towards me. Taking his sweet time, like hes also enjoying staring at me. Alam ko Im blushing darker shades of red everytime he takes those step closer to me. And although It felt like torture on my end, I just stood there because I dont trust my own knees.
Grabe naman talaga kasi yung mga titig nya! Nakakatunaw!
Ng wala ng one foot ang layo namin, kinuha nito ang kamay ko at hinalikan ako sa pisngi.
Automatic ang collective reaction ng mga tao sa lobby - everybody took a long deep breath and held it back in shock!
Totoo ba yun? Baka naman sa isip ko lang!
Pero ng lingunin ko ang mga tao sa paligid namin, nakatingin lahat sila sa amin.

The last thing I saw before Mr. Coffee tugged me away from the crowd outside the building was the faces I recognized in the crowd.

Because Mr. Coffee chose that precise moment to publicly show his affection when everybody, (and I mean EVERYBODY!!!!), was on the lobby on their way out for lunch.
Nasa kotse na ako ng saka ako nahimasmasan.
"RICHARD FAULKERSON JUNIOR!!! WHAT THE HECK DID YOU JUST DO BACK THERE????" Napuno ng boses ko ang kotse nya.
Tahimik lang si Mr. Coffee, halata sa mukha nito ang kilig na pinipilit nyang itago dahil
galit ko.
"Seriously! Nakita mo ba dad mo? Si sir Albert! OMG! buong kaopisina ata natin nadun!!!" Mangiyak-ngaiyak kong sabi sa kanya.
"Well, sooner or later they ought to know." Paliwanag nito, mahinahon pa ang boses ng mokong!
"Bawal ang inter-office relationship sa atin!" I said in horror.
