I ended up agreeing to go stay with Sabal so I wouldn't be by myself at the house, after the girls all came to see Abbie with the kids after Isaac and Ella had gotten out of school. The kids were happy to see Abbie and she was happy to see them, and they all managed to squeeze onto her bed with her, sitting around her and giggling like crazy. The girls had seen the surprise that the guys had done for Abbie that day, and they all thought it was the sweetest thing ever.

I found that staying with Sabal did help me to sleep a little better at night, and everything wasn't so quiet with Ella and Brady running around. They made sure to keep me entertained, none of those kids ever fail to do that with the guys being their fathers.

In the morning I had breakfast with Sabal, who had gotten up a little ways ahead of me. I'm really not surprised I slept in a little, and she'd waited for me before having breakfast. I told her she didn't have to do that, but Sabal insisted that she did. After we ate, I showered and got dressed, and just as I got done brushing my hair, I got a call from Jimmy. I smiled to myself and picked the phone up off the stand beside the bed where I'd left it last night.

Jimmy greeted me before I had the chance to greet him. "Hey babe, how was your night?"

"Better this time. I'm staying with Sabal now and I'm actually rested now. And yours?" I replied.

"Better for me too, slept like a baby." He said, and I giggled.

"Well good, I'm glad you were able to get intact with your inner baby."

Jimmy laughed. "So, how did Abbie like her surprise?"

"Oh my God, Jimmy, I wish you could've seen the smile on her face. It was the biggest, most brightest smile I've ever seen." I said, smiling myself just remembering it.

"Aw, well I'm glad she liked it. I thought she'd really enjoy it."

"She did, trust me. She even sang along with the song. What you guys did was so amazing." I told him.

"Well I just felt bad about not being there, and I brought the idea to the guys after lying awake and thinking about it the night before. I thought maybe it might help make up for my absence at least a little."

"I think it did. Even though she wasn't real upset, she was a little upset by the fact that you weren't there when she woke up, and I think that just made her feel a little better about it. I know it'll be something she'll never forget." I paused, and then I continued with, "You should've seen the stuff sent into the hospital for her, though."

"Was there a lot?" He asked.

"Yeah, and I won't be surprised if there's more throughout the week." I told him about everything she'd gotten so far, also telling him how surprised Abbie was by some of the things her classmates wrote in the big card they made for her. "She's just so loved, Jimmy. I had no idea until yesterday."

"What else can you expect when it comes to Abbie? Almost everyone she meets loves her, or if they don't right away, they do later. She attracts people like some kind of a people magnet." He replied, and I could hear the smile in his voice.

"Which she clearly gets from you."

"She can't help it, she's got that 'Sullivan Charm'." His voice was cocky now.

"Oh, is that what that is?" I teased.

"Hell yeah, that's what it is! I used it to attract you, remember? The way I so smoothly got you to tell me why you were so upset, when we were only strangers?" I could so see him wiggling his eyebrows in my head.

But, he was right. "Damn, you caught me on that one. Now when people ask me how we met, I'll have to say you used your 'Sullivan Charm' to reel me in."
