Kai POV

(Still Friday!! A lot of things are happening at once!))

"Kai, just keep your hopes up." Tyson's father reminded me as we stood in line in the police station. I nodded, assuring myself that hopefully the impossible happens. The impossible in which Tyson and Teresa escape themselves.

Seems like a joke, I thought to myself as I shook my head in disbelief. Tyson could barely show up for important things on time, so who would think Tyson could save Teresa and whoever got kidnapped with her from the Organ Removals Organization?

Even though showing up on time and escaping from a creepy organization had no relation to each other, the thought of Tyson being the hero of it all didn't seem all too real.

I looked to the glass window of the police station, to the view of the morning sun as its shine lit the whole city.

Tyson's father tapped my arm which snapped me back to reality. We were at the front desk with a Latino woman with glasses who accompanied the seat.

"How can I help you today?" The lady smiled kindly.

Mr. Granger set all of the papers he was holding onto on the desk. "These are all my papers. All my profiles, records, and other information here. I'd like to join in the investigation of the kidnapping, if that's possible." The realization hit me. Mr. Granger didn't trust the police to take care of the situation.

The Latino woman's expression seemed hesitant as she started fiddling with her fingers. "I don't think we are able to do that sir. I mean..this is meant for the authority to solve this crime." She attempted to reason through the situation.

"Listen. My son and other innocent kids are probably getting their lungs and hearts removed right now and I'm not just going to stand here and let this happen any longer." It seemed as Mr. Granger spoke, his voice constantly rose with anger. All attention was quickly on us.

"I know this might be a difficult situation-" The lady tried to consult him.

"You don't know." Mr. Granger shook his head in disbelief. "You will never know! How it feels to lose your son or daughter." He fumed.

I rested my hand on his shoulder, to get him to try to calm down. I thought I could take care of this situation.

"I know there must be a way that we can solve this." I said firmly and the lady leaned in to listen to what I had to say next. "We just want to search for someone or something that would help us know anything more about the kidnapping that has not be shared already. We want to make sure that no information has been kept secret or hidden." I proceeded to say.

The lady shrugged her shoulders. "Well, I guess if the officials are alright with it, then I don't see why that could be a problem. I'm just not sure if they would want anybody else jumping into the scene at this moment. And we promise you that no information about the kidnapping has been kept hidden. All the information that we know of right now is all we have." She said to make it affirmative.

"If that's true, then why hadn't I gotten the news about the email from the Organ Removals Organization?" Mr. Granger challenged.

"That was just a misunderstanding, sir. We had every intention of calling you about the email at 9:30, right after the news had gave its most possible information about it."

Mr. Granger attempted to defend himself but decided to give in. "Alright then, I need all the people who are trying to figure out the kidnapping case. All of them." He made sure his made that part crystal clear.
