Blake's POV

Okay, so today was Friday, which meant no practice for today. But that's not all. Today was also the day of my house party, and I was in a good mood. Nothing could make me feel more excited.

I walked into the school building with a conceited looking smirk on my face. I walked pass a group of girls standing nearby and they all started grinning like fools when I looked directly at them, a few of them started to pant and fan themselves

I just let out a cool and collected chuckle, like I was used to all of the attention from girls, and I was. I mean, I didn't mind it at all. There would be times when Allison hated it but she knew that being the girlfriend of me, Blake Weatherly, would be difficult and sometimes a little frustrating. But hey! I couldn't help it.

When I went up to the top floor of the school to get to my locker in the math hallway, I went by a bunch of juniors and seniors who happened to just be standing by the balcony above the downstairs atrium. They all exchanged looks at me and started talking to me all at once.

"Weatherly, can't wait for the house party tonight!"

"How's the football captain doing today?"

"As long as there's going to be beer and babes, I'm going!"

"Yo Blake! I'm so going to that party of yours this evening."

"Blake, you look good today. Where's Allison?"

I just shrugged and gave them that signature smirk of mines that girls would claim 'sexy'. I honestly don't see why everyone was treating me like a prodigy here, I mean, I'm just me. Blake Weatherly. The kid who used to love horse playing with some little girl when I was much younger. Sue me for having an extremely good memory. We both were never understood but then she moved and I guess I sort of started trying new things.

Now look at me, the most popular guy in school whose also the football captain. Should I feel excited?

And anyway, what ever happened to that girl? Is she still a loser or did she run into unexpected luck like me? Oh well. It's not my job to worry about her. She was pretty cool though, and she was sweet. Wonder what she looks like now...

"Blake, my man!" I quickly jumped a little when I noticed Elaine, a best friend of mine who was also on the football team. I also realized that I was at my locker already. I have to remember to stop thinking so much, sometimes I forget half of the things that I'm supposed to do and then realize it absentmindedly.

Suddenly without me expecting it, my other friend came into view, Logan.

"Dude, you ready for your party tonight?" He asked, leaning against a random locker.

I just gave him a smirk, and from his sudden smirk back, he could tell that the answer was most definitely yes.

"Can't wait. I already know who I'm hooking up with tonight." Logan confirmed with his chin raised slightly, like he had some type of pride in him.

"And who may that be?" I let out a chuckle when I said this.

"That chick that had the rumor of a sexual disease? Yeah, her."

Me and Elaine exchanged unsure looks and then we turned back to Logan. "Um, dude, don't you think that's a little sick?" Elaine questioned with his eyebrows wrinkled.

"No. She went to the doctor's that other day and they said that it was just some mistake." Logan claimed defensively.

"But still. Why would you hook up with a girl who thought she had a sexual disease anyway?" Elaine asked out of curiosity. "Shouldn't that be a hint to not fuck her?"
