I hope I didn't spoil it for some of you guys, haha. I just didn't want you to get your hopes up.

"You know, you should clean up your part of the room." I told Erica while she started texting on her stupid phone. This entire time, she hasn't been doing anything. I know we haven't been talking lately but that doesn't excuse how she treats the room that we both share.

"Gee, I would but I'm busy." She said as if she were bored.

I stared at her and rolled my eyes. She got up and walked out, not saying anything else to me. If that's how she wants to act, then that's just fine. I'll do it myself. I snatched a shirt off the nightstand and tossed it into the hamper nearby. While I was picking things up from the floor, I noticed her drawing book.  Erica draws whenever she's angry or confused or whatever. She told me a while ago, you know, when our friendship was actually strong and steady. I picked it up and opened it just so I could have the pleasure of aggravating her. She hates whenever someone goes through her personal items without asking.

I flipped through the pages and I saw sketches of hearts and tigers at first, but then the further I went into the book, I saw Ryan's name sketched a couple of times, but these drawings were from months ago. As I flipped through the pages, I begun to see more updated drawings and noticed Logan's name sketched everywhere. She has hearts going around it, with fire flames around each of them.

I raised an eyebrow and my heart started to thump as soon as I turned the next page and saw me and Blake's name sketched together with a big fat 'X' over our names.

I dropped the sketch book back on the floor and walked out, not really wanting to look at it anymore.

"I mean, if that's how she really feels about me, about us...then she's not a real friend." I told Blake while staring out the window. He was on his bed, laying on it while texting.

"I'd hate to get between the two of you. You know that, but, wouldn't it be safe to say that she's jealous?" He asked me.

"Jealous?" The word sounded wrong coming from me. Nonetheless, I whirled around to face him. "What do you mean?"

"Erica's known for having this unrequited love thing going on with half of the guys she fall for. I guess she's just tired of being alone. So when she sees that her best friend is doing great with her relationship, it makes her...I don't know, jealous?" He said it hesitantly, as if he felt bad for accusing Erica of being such a thing.

"Hm, maybe." I sat down beside him on the bed and I took a look at his phone. He was texting Tess, and they were talking about Cloe. I pretended I didn't see it. I was going to confront Tess about her scheming and trying to get Blake to hook up with her best friend but then Blake assured me that he wasn't ever going to get with someone behind my back. I left it alone and tried not to say anything else about it, although it's killing me that they keep texting. I decided to say something else to keep myself from snatching that stupid phone from his hands. "Anyway, she also has sketches of Logan's name in her drawing book, too."

Blake stopped texting and just stared at me.

"I think she has a thing for him or something. Could that be it?" I asked him, looking into his bright eyes.

"I...don't know." He finally said. Then he cleared his throat. "Um, so, want to try surfing again?"

"No. What I want to know is why she has Logan written all over pages in her stupid drawing book." I told him.
