KAZUMA'S POV

I was sitting in the chair besides Mercy and she was still in her coma. It's been a month. It was in the middle of the night. I was sleeping with my head leaning on the hospital bed. There was a blue-white glow. I opened my eyes and saw a beautiful woman. She had huge white angel wings and a halo. On her back there was a golden bow with silver arrows. On the end of each arrow there was a heart. She had curly golden hair. She was wearing a white dress and sandals. She looked at me. She had crystal blue eyes.

"Hello Kazuma I'm Cupid" She said. Her voice was like honey.

"Marcy's mom?" I whispered.

"Yes" she said.

"Why are you here?"

"I wanted to see my daughter" She walked over to Mercy and brushed her hand over Mercy's cheek. She ran her fingers through Mercy's hair. Mercy smiled.

"I used to so this when she was little. She would sit on my lap and I would read to her. She loves manga's and fairy tales." Her smile faded.

"What happened?" I asked.

"She was stolen"

"By who?"

"The devil himself"

"Why?"

"I never allowed her father to see her and he wanted her"

"I'm sorry"

"It's fine I'm hoping I can visit her more now" She was still running her fingers through Mercy's hair.

"Kazuma I want you to do something for me" she looked at me.

"Anything" I said.

"I want her to live with you and I want you to protect her"

"But-"

"I know you'd do anything for her Kazuma. Right?"

"Yes"

"Then... Let her live with you. Make her trust you. Keep her away from Jake. If you don't know who he is the ill describe him for you. He is a tall attractive 19 year old. He has black hair and red eyes."

"Ok is there anything else you want me to do?"

"I think you should tell her how you feel"

"Ummmm.... I'm not sure if I'm ready to do that" She floated towards me and touched my shoulder.

"Kazuma she has never felt anything like love before. I think you should show her. She has feelings for you Kazuma she just doesn't know what her feelings mean. She needs your help Kazuma in more ways than one" I nodded.

"And remember I'm always watching" She said. She looked at Mercy one more time and disappeared. I went back to sleep.
