AYONO'S POV

I got up super early so I could confront Kazuma. Kazuma and Mercy have been together for a few weeks now and I think they might be dating. Even though I hate Mercy especially now that she has taken Kazuma from me I'm still over protective of her. I hid behind a wall beside the door. Shortly after waiting Kazuma cane through the door and I pulled him behind the wall. I pinned him down and covered his mouth.

"Don't say a word" I said and nodded and smirked under my hand. I moved my hand. "Now I have a question are you and Mercy" He cut me off by putting his finger on my mouth.

"No" He whispered in my ear and moved his face closer to mine. "I have a question too" He said.

"W-what?" I stuttered.

"Is Mercy gonna be ready soon?" I said moving his face away.

"Psh yeah" I mumbled. "Is she all you care about?"

"What did you say?" He said and turned around.

"Nothing" I said and walked with him into the living room where Mercy was sitting on the couch. Ugh with her perfect figure with her perfect posture and her perfect hair its disgusting how stunning she is and she doesn't even need to be. And then I came up with an idea. "Hey Kazuma can I come with you and Mercy to school today?" I said in an innocent voice.

"Oh no sorry I'm taking Mercy to breakfast this morning before school" He said and then grabbed Mercy's hand and they walked out the door.

KAZUMA'S POV

I grabbed Mercy's hand and we walked out the door. While we were walking I noticed Mercy staring at me.

"Are you ok?" I asked and her head jerked up.

"Oh yes" She said shyly and looked back down. We arrived and sat down after ordering our food.

"Do you like Ayono?" She asked and raised an eyebrow.

"Wha- NO!!!!" I yelled kind of loud.

"Oh I'm sorry" She said. She put her hands together and bowed her head.

"Oh no I'm sorry I didn't mean to yell" I said and blushed at how she was bowing. She giggled, I blushed, and we both started laughing. After the laughing died down we smiled at each other which brought our my courage.

"Hey I was wondering are you doing anything after school?" I asked.

"No why?" She looked surprised.

"Because I was Wondering if you wanted me to go with me somewhere" I moved a little closer without noticing ( I'm just mysterious and seductive automatically don't judge it happens).

"I'd love to" She said and smiled. We left and went to school. We were actually surprisingly early.

"Well since we're early what do you want to do?"

"I'm going to get my stuff for class and then wait til the teacher gets here."

MERCY'S POV

After school we went to Ayono's house and I changed into some casual clothes. Kazuma grabbed my hand and we walked out the door. Then we arrived at a beautiful place. It was night and there were lights on. I looked over at Kazuma he was looking at me his eyes were sparkling and he looked happy. In front of us there was a pond.

"I want to show you something" He said and walked over to the pond. He sat down and I sat down next to him. He blushed his hand over the water and water droplets rose into the air they came towards me and circled around me. They looked like they were sparkles. They rose up above me and made and made a big water droplet. It popped and sprinkled down like mist.

"It's beautiful Kazuma" I said and smiled. He leaned in closer and our faces were inches apart. I could feel his breath it was soothing actually. I was staring into his eyes to trace his emotions. Then our lips touched and I pulled us apart after I had realized what happened.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to i-" he started but I cut him off.

"It's ok so you really don't like Ayono?" I asked because if he doesn't like Ayono and she likes him she'll kill me if she finds out he kissed me.

"No why?"

"Oh um its nothing really" I gave him a reassuring smile.

"Oh ok well I think it's time to get you back home let's go" he said with a smile and intertwined his fingers with mine. I got to the door and before I went in I turned around and kissed his cheek. I hugged him.

"I had fun" I smiled and went in. As soon as I closed the door I saw a flame coming towards me. I put it out with water then blew the smoke away with wind.

"So did you tell him yet" She said.

"Tell him what?" I asked obviously playing dumb.

"You know about how special you are"

"No why should I tell him he'll find out plus I try to keep it hidden to be more normal"

"Yeah and I think that's what you don't get you'll never be normal you will always be a monster who fools people by being beautiful and perfect on the outside I mean you've taken everything from me my father my friends the guy I like I mean I wish you would just go away!!!" She said it was like having someone who was really close to you go behind your back and stab you. She turned around and went to her room. I just stood there frozen.
