Camila woke up in her room, and reach instinctively for the body that had always been next to her for the past eighteen years, and she felt a sharp pain in her heart when she felt a empty space beside her.

Her puffy eyes teared up at the knowledge that her wife didn't come to her. In all the years they had been together, they had always been able to forgive each other anything.

Last night when Demi had come back from the roof top, they had all acosted her with questions, and were extremely worried when they had seen that their Guardian had clearly been in a state of serious crying not too long ago.

They had asked repetedly why lauren need to talk to her, and Demi had wiped the tears that still lingered in her eyes, and sternly told them that it didn't concern them and when it did she would gladly let them know.

They had raged, and they had ranted, even using tears, and Demi shouted that everything they needed to know would be shared at the meeting in the morning.

Wiping her eyes, Camila rolled out of bed and slipped on her uniform and weapons, exhausted from just the thought that her daughter and wife both wanted nothing to do with her at the moment.

When she left the room, she found the other mothers in the kitchen, quietly whispering amongst themselves.

"Where are the kids?" asked Camila frowning.

"They ate already and left with Sofie to the meeting room. We were waiting for you, we better go now." Ally repilied softly, her own eyes puffy from the many tears she had shed last night.

Camila nodded and walked with them to the communications room.

"Did Demi tell you anything?" Camila asked Ally quietly.

Ally shook her head frowning.

"She didn't say a word and begged me not to ask. I couldn't Mila, she had me hold her as she cried, and begged me to never ask. I've never seen Demi so desperate. Their up to something, and whatever it is, had Demi terrified. Demi maybe all of our Guardians, and even my wife, but her friendship with Lauren is not on the same level of everything else. If she really believes what ever it is, is for the best, then she'll stay loyal to Lauren despite her loyalty to us. Lauren was our prophecised leader Camila. Demi had visions of Lauren almost her whole life, she's more than just a friend or sister to her. What ever their up to, we'll have to trust its for the best, because if we force it out of Demi.... Then we'll be ruining their bond, and right now something tells me Lauren needs that more than anything right now." Ally whispered as they stepped into the meeting room.

Their eyes rested on their wives, who were huddled together with Sofie, Marissa and Simon. They were whispering quietly, and that alone wasn't what made them freeze in their tracks, but the tears running down their faces as they the three whispered angrily as Demi and Lauren grabbed their arms and dragged them into a small confrence room, with windows letting them see the argument clearly.

It was sound proof, but the shouting they were doing was assumed because of how angry the three were. Camila heart clenched when she saw her sister throw a chair against the wall until Lauren grabbed her, and held her tightly, clearly whispering in her ear to calm her.

Sofie fought the embrace, until finally gripping Lauren tightly as she cried.

Demi tried calming Simon and Marissa, who were listening to her with rapt attention. Their faces went to furious, to defeated within a few minutes.

Whatever Lauren was saying to Sofie, made her calm, and eventually nod in defeat.

"What the hell is going on?" fumed Dinah.
