Broke Summers (Kellin Quinn)

Hiya! I wanted to inform everyone that I will continue updating later this week! I have a friend from out of town visiting, just went to Warped, and many 4th of July parties. It's just been busy, so I hope y'all understand. On a more exciting note, yes I did met Kellin ! If you have read my previous updates you would know I bought tickets to a band happy class to meet Kellin Quinn and Matty  Mullins who is the lead vocalist for Memphis May Fire. In case you're interested Band happy is workshop taken and affiliated with Warped and gives you a chance to learn about the music industry and meet your favorite band members. If you're evening thinking about starting a career in the music industry I would highly recommend this class. Although I really enjoyed the class I must say my experience was bitter-sweet. In my workshop there were really obnoxious girls, sobbing the entire time, even one who took the microphone and started telling stories about how she was raped. I felt really bad that this girl had gone through so much, but It put a damper on the happy mood of the class. Also, they didn't give us much time to actually even meet Kellin or Matty. No phones were allowed, no pictures, no autographs, no chance to formally say hello or introduce yourself. At the end we took a group picture with the entire class and we were told since we didn't have copies of it, that it would be posted on Instagram, which hasn't happened yet if at all. Overall worth the money though, just don't get your hopes set on being able to be interactive one on one with them. I gave Kellin some pictures of him, a letter, and my lucky bracelet which I hope he liked:) He didn't have enough time to open them in front of me of even glace at them. I may also be in a Band Happy video. I was interview for one. Can't wait to keep writing. Stay beautiful<3
