AN: Sorry it took so long for me to update, I was out of town.
Parker stood outside. He picked up on the grimace smeared on Kay's face. "Is now a bad time, Kay?"
"Uh" Kay paused to glance at Kellin fast asleep and decided she had a little time to spare, "I guess."
"I know what happened, Kay. He slept on my couch last night. He's super bummed over this whole thing," Parker said readjusting his polo collar. While he waited patiently in the sunlight, I noticed how blue his eyes were, sort of like the color of the sky, except more mysterious.
"Come in," Kay suggested leading him over to the couch.
"So is it true? That you're only sixteen?" Parker pressed.
Kay nodded .
"I mean I see why Kelln was mad, but he needs to be here with you. You can't give up your life and your dreams to be a trophy wife for Kellin"
Ouch
"But my dreams revolve around Kellin." Kay stammered.
"Exactly, but does his dreams revolve around you?"
"How can you tell something like that?"
"Well most of the time you just feel it. I mean if you feel it you will never have to question things like you are now."
"Please stop," Kay insisted.
"I'm sorry, I just want Kellin to treat you like he should." Parker mumbled looking at the floor,
"But why? Why do you care so much about our relationship?"
"Because relationships are based off of being equal. He leaves when things get hard. His career is the main love in his life, I don't want you thinking you're not worth the world."
"But I'm ok with that. If I was as talented as him, my career would be my focus too."
"Fair enough, Kay. Just wanted you to have a second opinion." Parker confirmed.
With a slow groggy yawn, Kellin propped himself up rolling his eyes at them both.
