We get Jakob and say goodbye. We go outside and i hop onto my skateboard. I've always loved skateboarding. It made me feel free. The rest of the way was small chitchat. I focus on riding and we are there in no time. I pick up my board and and take a deep breath. I adjust my bag and and wait till Jakob and Joey catch up. I sit on the stairs and wait a couple of seconds and they are there.
"Ready?" I ask.
"Yup," they both say at the same time.
I take a deep breath and brush off my skateboard. We walk in and everyone is playing video games again. I stand there awkwardly and ask Joey where I'm supposed to put my bag. He walks me down the hall and opens up a room.
"Soo, um, my dad said that you should probably sleep be me and Jakob," Joey says breaking the tension.
"Ok, cool!" I say and set my stuff down.
