Chapter 16

Camila

"Check your things, you might left something else," I remembering Shawn because now we'll be on our way to airport.

It's been two weeks since Shawn in Miami. And now, he'll be leaving Miami and I will never know when he'll come back.

"Nope, where's your hand?" he asked. His question makes me confused as fuck.

"What?" I said as I gave him my hand,

"Wear this because I don't know when will I come back here in Miami," he said as he gave a necklace with moon shaped like a toe-nail and a sun,

I didn't say a thing but he helped me to wear the necklace. I really love the necklace so much.

"Let's go," Camila's dad said as he jumped in to the car.

Camila and I sat on the back seat with Sofi while her parents sat on the front seat.

We all silent while the radio is on. We didn't talk anything. I don't know how much I'm gonna miss Shawn. This is kinda hurting but I wish I can be okay.

As we arrived at the airport, Dad helped him to bring his suitcase out from the car.

"Thank you, dude," Dad said as he tapped Shawn's shoulder and smiled at him.

"My pleasure," he said and smiled back to my Dad.

"See you soon, Camila," He hugged me tight,

"Good luck with the world," He whispered, we pulled away and I smiled to him.

"Goodbye, Mrs," he hugged my Mom,

"Bye, Sofi," he said as he kissed Sofi's head.

"Goodbye all, see you soon when I'm on a break," he said as he waved to us and walked to the building,

I'm gonna miss him so bad, words will never explain. And I'm already miss him.

It's been a year. I haven't meet Shawn again after the last time we met. We still contact each other but not too much.

I went on and off with Jack. My life is just so flat without Shawn here. I don't know what happened but this is so strange.

I decided to call him and tell him everything after a year and how much I missed him. I still love him from the start we know about each other.

"Shawn, can we talk? Miss you so bad x," I texted on iMessage,

Minutes later, Shawn called me on FaceTime, I was so excited to see his face again.

"Shawn! I miss you!" I yelled as I saw his face,

He laughed. His laugh is the best thing I've ever heard.

"Miss you too, little Camila," he said,

"Stop calling me little!" I said and we laughed.

"Hey, how's life? You seems bad," he asked seriously,

"I think great? I don't know," I said,

"You looked depressed, what happened?" he asked worriedly,

"Hey, it's okay. There's nothing to worry about," I said,

"Okay if you don't want to tell me, how's Jack and your parents?" he asked,

"My parents are totally great but my Dad is back on Mexico right now, um, Jack?" I said,

"Oh, I see. Say hi to your mom and Sofi, okay? Yeah, Jack. Why?" he said.
