Liz's PoV
"Who is she?" Cass asked.
"A friend." I muttered.
"And why don't I know about said friend?" She asked.
"We met yesterday." I said.
"Oh?" She said.
"Hmm." I said.
"Why this sudden rendezvous?" She asked again.
"Drop it Cass." I said.
She huffed but let it be.
It had been half an hour since Sienna had fainted. She was taking rest while my mom was talking to her mom or aunt.
Whoever she was looked pretty fine as compared to her distraught daughter.
Sienna...
I hadn't forgotten how my pendant had started glowing and so did Sienna's tattoo.
I had never felt so helpless.
"For God's sake stop fidgeting!" Cass' screamed.
"What!" I jumped in surprise.
She pulled my crop top and showed it to me.
I had pulled of the sequins.
"Oh." I said.
"Yeah oh! You know what? You are too stressed. We definitely need to party!" She said.
"Party!? Are you insane!? You know what happened with Sienna! I... No. Just... No! I said.
"Woah! Relax. Who said now? I just suggested that once all this clears out we could hit some bar and have some fun!" Cass said.
"Whatever." I sighed.
She shook her head in disappointment and gave me a side hug.
"Sorry Cass." I murmured.
"Mhmm." She said.
I smiled.
"Sweetie, can you check up on Sienna?" Mom hollered.
"Yeah sure." I said.
"Take Ms. Alberta to her." Mom said.
"Alright." I said and went downstairs to see Sienna's aunt looking around the house with awe.
"Hello." I said.
"Elizabeth! Can you please show me around-er-I mean show me where Sienna is?" She asked.
"Yeah sure." I said and started leading the way.
I pushed through one of the guest room and held the door open for her.
We both entered and saw Sienna awake sitting on the bed.
"Hey! Lie down. You need to rest." I exclaimed.
"I need to get ready and look for Prim." Sienna muttered.
"Your aunt is here... Errr Miss..." I suddenly turned around to see Sienna's aunt staring at one of the decorative pieces. At my voice she turned around.
"Call me Alberta dear." She said.
"OK." I said.
"I actually wanted to ask something. Can you please keep Sienna here for a few days. There is some renovation happening at our place and it surely is unhealthy for Sienna." Alberta said.
"Sure." I said.
"What!? No! I am going back, I need to look for Prim! There is no freaking renovation happening at her place. Stop telling lies!!" Sienna screamed.
