After leaving a note for Joe, I head out to the restaurant. He will never leave me alone if I don't go.

As I walk in, I see his hair and sigh walking over to the table. Immediately, I sit down and look at him. Jason.

He smiles, but I ignore it and order a water.

"Make this quick. I have plans," I hurried.

"It's nice to see you. You look amazing," Jason complimented.

"Jason, get to it. Why the hell are you here?"

"To win you back," he replied honestly.

"Unbelievable. Jason, I'm getting married. Married. You can't just show up after three years and say that."

"Well, you said you never wanted to see me again."

"And I had a right to say that," I said growing impatient. "Jason, I have to go."

"Hey, please. Just have dinner with me."

"Fine. Then you leave me alone," I bargained.

"Deal."

As we ate dinner, Jason explained how he has been in rehab getting sober for the past three years.

That's really good for him. We had a surprisingly good time, but I wouldn't let that change my opinion.

When we finished, I quickly left and went home to Joe. I saw him laying on the bed, looking horrible.

After making him soup, I placed it on the bedside table. Kissing his head, I closed the door and went to get something to drink.

A knock on the door snapped me out of my thoughts and I went to answer it.

"Hey, you forgot your wallet," Jason said handing it to me.

"Thanks," I said.

"Maybe-"

"No. Jason I did what you asked. I'm not doing anything else, but finishing my wedding plans," I explained. "Have a nice flight home."

"I figured I should stay in town, you know for the wedding."

"I can't control what you do. Just stay away from me, and from Joe. I mean it Jason," I said closing the door.

I quickly lock the door and lean my head against it. After taking a deep breath, I walk into the living room and begin a movie, slowly falling asleep.

Waking up, I see I'm in bed with Joe smiling at me. I smile back sleepily and slowly close my eyes again.

"You gotta wake up," he whispered kissing my head.

"I like my sleeping idea better," I replied waking up more.

"Come on, let's get up and go to our cake testing."

"Fine. Only because if I don't get up, you'll choose my least favorite cake," I said getting up.

We both get up and get ready for the day. Joe made me breakfast then we left.

Hanna and Caleb met up with us there, deep in a conversation. We all tasted each piece and decided on the red velvet. (Really my fav)

As we left and went to lunch, we saw Jason. Caleb started to look pissed, Hanna confused and me ready to kick his ass.

Joe didn't understand, but realized who it was. He soon got mad, but I calmed him down, saying we should just ignore him.

Jason was our waiter. Great-note the sarcasm. As he took our order, I had a feeling he was hinting at something else.

"So, I just wanted to tell you guys," he started indicating me and Hanna, "how happy I am that you're better now."

"What does that mean?" Joe asked as I gave Jason a warning look.

"You know, since-"

"Jason, shut up," Caleb said.

"Sorry, I'll go give the cook your orders," he said then left.

I sighed as Joe looked at us confused.

"What was that?" He asked.

"I'll tell you at home, promise," I said drinking my water.

"Or you can tell me now."

"It's not something you discuss in public. When we get home, I will tell you."

"Okay."

Silence. Awkward silence. Very awkward silence.

Soon we got our food and ate. Hanna broke the silence and we began a discussion.

When we finished, Hanna and I went outside as the guys picked up the cars.

"You haven't told him yet?" She questioned.

"No, I haven't. I wasn't planning on it anytime soon either. God, why does Jason have to be here and do this?" I sighed.

"Why is he here?"

"To win me back. And apparently ruining any chance at my happiness will make me run into his arms."

"Well, I'm sorry he's here, but you're getting married in a few weeks. Just think about that," she smiled squeezing my arm.

"Yeah. Oh and I got responses from some certain people," I said excitedly. "Em, Spence, and Aria are coming next week."

"I can't wait!" She smiled.

As the guys pulled up with the cars and we each got in our own, I saw Jason staring at me and glared towards him.

When Joe and I got home, I sat him on the couch and stood, looking down unable to see the look in his eyes.

Then I told him. Everything about A.
