A/N first, I'm so so so so sorry about not updating!!!! I've been stressed with all my tests, but now since it's spring break, I will update more. Second, I realized I didn't mention an important detail in the last chapter so I'm changing it slightly to this one. Also I'm changing it from the show slightly because I don't remember how it went.

Joe's been trying to contact me, but I've been avoiding him. He doesn't even know about the baby, this won't be good.

After a couple days of hanging with Hanna, I decide that it's time to go home and get some clothes.

When I get there, the house is empty and I sigh. Maybe we rushed into getting married, I mean, we got into this huge fight over something rediculous and it ended up with him storming out of the house.

After a shower and packing a bag so I can give some stuff to Hanna, I make my way out of the house and towards my car.

Once I arrive where Hanna's staying, I get a text from Joe saying that his work is making him go to California for a couple weeks.

I call him deciding it was time for us to have dinner and talk.

"Hello?" He answered.

"Hey, let's have dinner tonight. Just the two of us," I said.

"I'll see you at six. Dinner will be ready by then," he said then hung up.

As I walk into the apartment, I see Lucas about to head out and crush him into a hug. We laughed then pulled away so he could make it to his plane on time.

Hanna began to make us some lunch as I leaned against the frame of the window and looked outside to see the town.

"I can't believe that after never wanting to be here, everybody's back," I said with a slight smile.

"I know, it's strange isn't it," Hanna laughed.

After eating, we decide to go out and see any changes of this town. As we walked around town, Allison called me.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Hey. Have you seen Charlotte?" She quickly asked.

"No, I haven't. She's missing?" I asked growing nervous.

"Yeah," Allison basically cried.

She hung up after that and Hanna and I ran to our cars, each going home to see if our loved ones were okay. When I arrive at mine, Joe's car is gone and I groan.

Frantically, I run in and look around for something that would protect Joe for when he gets home. Finding nothing, Spencer calls me while I'm running to the car.

"Hello?" I asked putting it on speaker as I drove away.

"Hey, go to the brew. We're meeting there," she said.

"On my way," I answered then hung up.

When I arrive, I don't see anyone's car so I wait in mine for a second before texting a man I love to see if he's okay.

He replies with a yes, then asks me what's going on. All I do is text an apology and ask if he wants to meet up around eight tonight.

Always- Jason.

This isn't a good idea, I already know that, but I can't live knowing I broke the heart of my first love. Finally the girls get here and we walk in together, me getting some water while they got caffeine.

We talked about Charlotte before I had to get home for dinner. When I arrived, the table was beautifully set and I smiled. Joe sat me down, sitting across from me after doing so.

"So, I have some news," I started.

"So do I," he replied. "But, uh, you first."

"Uh, sure. I'm pregnant," I said hesitantly.

"What? That's great news!" He exclaimed with a giant smile on his face.

"What's yours?"

"It's not that good of news," he said his smile fading away. "I might be transferred again-"

"What? Joe, we can't keep moving around-"

"I know, which is why I said I could only travel, but not for long."

"What did I do to deserve you?" I smiled.

He laughed then placed a sweet kiss on my lips. We finished dinner and relaxed for a few minutes before my phone went off.

I'll be at the grille in ten minutes. See you there. -Jason

I sighed but got up anyway. After texting Hanna to meet me at the grille around eight thirty. After kissing Joe goodbye, I leave and see Jason sitting at a table.

Walking in, I sit across from him and smile slightly. We staid silent for a couple minutes before I took a deep breath.

"I don't know if you heard, but Charlotte is missing," I stated slowly. "I needed to make sure you were okay-"

"Why? Why would you want to-"

"You already know the answer to that. I think you've always known," I said. "And I'm really sorry about the other-"

"It's fine," he interrupted. "But I do have something for you."

"What?"

"The letters from when we left Rosewood when Ali was missing," he explained handing them to me. "And a couple from the past few years."

"Why are you givin these to me now?"

"Because I think you need to know what's in them."
