So until season 6b comes out on television, I'm gonna update about her last summer with the girls and her experience in Australia. I really do hope you guys enjoy these chapters until the next season comes on and I hope you enjoy those chapters as well.

First day of summer, first day without A in years. I'm nervous, yet excited in the same way.

The girls and I are going to the lake today-staying for about a month-
and staying at Spencer's lake house while doing so.

We're spending time together like we used to, but now it's better. We're A free. I can't stop saying it.

"So, who brought the movies?" Alison asked.

"I did," I said getting them out of my suitcase.

"So who brought the beer then?" Emily asked.

"Me!" Aria said putting it in the fridge.

"Guys, there's something you should know," I said putting a movie in.

"What?" Spencer asked.

"I'm an alcoholic, but don't worry I can be around it. And I've been clean for about three weeks," I said sitting on the couch next to Hanna.

"I wish you told me. I wouldn't-"

"Aria, I promise I'm fine. But when I didn't drink any, I didn't want you guys to think I'm pregnant or something."

"Well, thank you for telling us," Emily said sitting next to me.

"Now, movies!" Aria squealed getting comfy on another couch.

The rest of the night we watched movies and laughed. The first time we're not stressing about anything.

The next day, we all hung out by the lake and just had fun. We all deserve this and it's amazing.

After a while, I go inside and check my phone. I see that Jason has called a few times and Mona has texted me.

After I responded to Mona and am about to call Jason back, the girls come inside and start dinner.

Deciding I should mostly help instead of calling Jason, I did. The kitchen quickly became a mess and so were we. All we tried to do was make pizza.

After I took a shower, Alison and I went to our bed and talked.

"So, this is a really weird question, but how are you and my brother?" Alison asked.

"That's not a weird question," I laughed.

"It is for me! My best friend and my brother are dating," she laughed with me. "It's kinda weird to ask."

"We're fine. I think he's a little upset that I'm going to Australia for college though," I answered.

"Of course he's upset. He's freakin in love with you. Which I'm totally happy for you guys by the way," she added.

"So, how is your love life," I specified.

"Well the guy I was with, pretty much hates me, so pretty crappy. And we live in Rosewood, so that makes it worse."

"I'm sorry to hear that. I really wish you had someone."

"Me too."

"So, when we get back home, what are you gonna do?" I asked changing the subject.

"Well, since you're all leaving Rosewood to go to college somewhere fancy, I was just planning on hanging out. You know, our last summer, but first A free summer."

"How are you doing about that by the way?"

"Well, it really sucks knowing that someone in your family has tried to kill you and everyone you love," she responded.

"Hey, you'll always have me. I promise," I said.

"I remember we made that promise when we were kids," she smiled.

"Since the day we met, when I pushed that kid in the sandbox," I laughed.

"Thank you, Candice. For always being there for me."

"Of course. And we will never forget that."

Soon after that, we both fell asleep. For the first time since we got out of the dollhouse, I had a peaceful sleep.

Waking up the next morning, I hear everybody downstairs and walk to them.

"Finally you're up," Hanna joked giving me coffee.

"Hey, yesterday was crazy and I didn't get any sleep the night before," I smiled and sat next to Spencer.

"Guys, can we make a promise?" Emily asked.

"What kind?" Aria asked.

"That no matter what. We'll always be friends. Especially when we start our new lives."

"Promise," we all said in unison and laughed.
