I look up at the man, probably three times the size of me, a cannonball in each meaty fist.

The look on his was dumbfounded and he shook it off quickly and said, "SO... YOU TOO THEN, NYX?"
"I would presume so..." I say calmly, "If you are here, I guess I am."
"A shame."
I nod, "It would show to be."

Then a skull rattling slam to head was inflicted upon me, causing me to go dizzy for a moment, my katana klattering as it hit the ground, my hands rushing to cover my head, letting out a cry, "GARP-SAN!!!! WHY'D YA GO AND DO THAATTTT!!??"
"THAT WAS ONLY THE BEGINNING!" He responded, and indeed, it was only the start of things.
Down upon my skull came another ear ringing collision.

I finally collect my wits and take off, bulleting off in no general direction.

"COME BACK HERE GIRL!!" He bellowed, chasing after me, "I AIN'T THROUGH WITH YOU!!"
I scurry up the mast's rope ladder hastily, making my way to the long yard that held the sail.
"GIRRRRRRRLL!!!" I heard Garp yell, on my heels, his huge body having a hard time climbing up the ladder.
I glance around for ways of escape, but, I was cornered.
He was on the mast.
The wood creaking and groaning under his weight as he walked across steadily, not nearly as quickly as I had.
The wood began to crack. He lunged towards me, and I cower, knowing this would be the end of my piracy.
I then was pushed over and in seconds I was being held by the back of my neck by Kiti, as a cat, and we slam onto the deck.

"Cats always land on their feet!" She said with a wink and grin.

And the mast Garp stood upon broke and he fell into the ocean with a splash.
Kiti transformed into a lion and let out a mighty roar and the sparse lower men marines fled.
We had won this odd fight!!!
And now it was time to go!
Kiti jumped into command, "Kiti! Go take down the broken sail, and it opposite, it's not our main mast, so we'll be make it, and take down all the other sails!"
"Aye!" I cry, scrambling into action, not questioning it.

She disappeared below deck.

Around one minute later I heard gears cranking and we steadily began to gain altitude, going faster and faster away from the Marines.
I a few more minutes and we were barely touching the ocean's surface, skidding against the waves, my hair blown straight back as I stand in the crow's nest, clutching the pole that poked through the middle of the crow's nest's floor.
I look over my shoulder to find that the marines ship was merely a speck on the horizon.
A few more minutes and we were miles away from the marines ship.
Whatever Kiti had done had began to slow down, and we were breezing across the ocean.
I climb down to the main deck write as Kiti emerges from the lower decks.
She glances at me and laughs, as I grin lopsidedly, hair stuck up in random places, all slicked back.
"How did you do that?" I question.
"Oh.. I just got bored a few weeks ago and decided to upgrade a few things around the ship.." She said shrugging it off as if it was nothing.
"Well...." I respond, "Whatever you did... don't change it!"
She nods with a smile and giggle, disappearing into the kitchen to start dinner.

I sigh, leaning on the railing, watching the sun begin to scrape the horizon, a smile on my lips.
I peer further into the distance and see a yellow blurb underwater, shrugging it off as a school of fish, I turned and went to my room, grabbing my sword as I went, planning to polish and sharpen it.
