CHAPTER FIVE!!!

---Luke's POV---
I watched every move I made, and thanked god that Lydia hadn't made me wear heels. I padded along in my thongs, following the girl in question to whatever shops she decided to go in.
I don't get how girls could shop so much for clothes. I mentally sighed, but quickly perked up when I caught sight of a music shop across the mall's hallway.
"Hey, Lydia? I'm gonna go into the music shop. Meet you here when I'm done? Or you come find me when you finish?" I asked. She just nodded at me and I walked off. As soon as I stepped foot inside the store, an older man greeted me by name...well, Nikki's name.
"Hey, Nikki. What can I do for you today?" he asked, smirking a bit.
"I'm just looking around," I told him, trying to be casual.
"Alright then, if you need any help..." he trailed and winked. "Not that you need any. You come in here at least once or twice a week." I laughed a little and continued on.
Sweet! They had the new All Time Low album!
I looked around a bit more to broaden my options and see what else the store had. Nothing else interested me, so I grabbed the ATL album and went to go buy it.
Lydia came in at that moment, though, and found me.
"Whatcha got?" she asked.
"All Time Low album...?"
"The new one? Nikki already has it. It's on her iPod," she said. "Don't bother getting it. You can just use her iPod while you're," she gestured to me, "yeah, you know."
"Oh, okay!" I smiled. I put the album back and headed out, Lydia following me.
"See ya, Nik," the guy at the counter said.
"Bye!" I called, waving. Lydia and I went back to her car and left the mall. She stopped at a small restaurant in a secluded-ish part of the town.
"What is this place?" I asked as we got out and walked in.
"The cutest little café in town. Nik and I go here all the time. The waiter is so cute," she replied.
"Uhh, Lydia. I like girls...ya know, 'cause I'm Luke. Not Nikki. So, I won't find this guy cute..." I said awkwardly. She gave me an exasperated look and grabbed my hand, pulling me along.
We went inside and sit in one of the corner booths. This place was pretty cozy. It was styled like what a stereotypical London would look like, but in an almost fashionable way. The waiter that Lydia had mentioned came over to take our drink orders.
"Sweet tea for me and a coke, no ice, for her," she ordered for us. I looked at her, a bit shocked that she took control like that.
"What?"
"You ordered for me..."
"Well, you don't know Nikki's taste buds, do you? No, so I'll order things for you, as I know what she likes," she said. I thought that was actually pretty smart. And it was definitely true.
I told her such and she blushed a bit. The rosy red on her cheeks added to her beauty. I couldn't look away for a few moments.
The waiter came back and Lydia ordered our food.
"I'll take the chicken alfredo and she'll have the spinach pie with fries."
"And why, if I may ask, doesn't the lovely lady order for herself?" he asked almost sweetly. "She does normally. And she has such a beautiful voice." He winked at me.
