Together

Julia's POV

I fall back onto Laurel's bed, out of breath, and completely damp in sweat.

"You're good at that." I smile down at Laurel, who's now laying in between my legs with her back to me, playing with my hands.

      She laughs.

"Not as good as you." She compliments.

"It's all about experience." I say.

Laurel turns, looking at me like I have three heads.

"I was joking."I laugh.

"Mmm hmm." She says, kissing the back of my hand.

We stay in each others arms for what feels like hours, caressing each others bodies, just loving one another.

"I could stay like this with you forever." Laurel whispers, interwining our fingers together.

"Me too." I smile to myself, bending down to kiss her forehead.

"Your stuck in this now." Laurel says, laughing beautifully.

"What do you mean?" I ask.

"There's no way I'm letting you go now. So I hope you really meant what you said at school earlier." Laurel says, turning around to face me, folding her forearms on my stomach, putting her chin on them.

"I meant every word." I vow to her.

"Good." she smiles, reaching up to kiss me.

She gently places her lips on mine, and my heart seems to have stopped. I wrap my arms around the back of her neck, pulling her closer to me, deepening the kiss. Seconds later, she pulls away, resting her forehead on mine.

"How are we ever going to get up?" I ask, running my fingers lightly up and down her back.

"Well, I guess we could always use the fact that my mother should be here any minute."

"That is definitely a good reason." I nod.

" So...what do you want to do about my mother, ya know about her knowing about us?" Laurel asks, laying back on my stomach again.

"She's your mother. You know her better than I do. I'll leave it up to you with what you want to do. Whatever you want to do I'll do."

She doesn't reply to what I said, she just stares at me.

"I love you so much, do know that?"

"Of course I do." I shrug, "But I also know you have no idea how much I love you." I say, emphasizing the "I" and the "you".

"Not more than I love you. I'm sure about that." She says confidently.

"Are you positive?" I ask, smiling mischeiously.

"Yeah." she says, smiling back.

Before she has a chance to realize what's happening, I flipped us over, leaving me on top of her, straddling her waist. I start to plant soft kisses from her neck down to her stomach. Moans fill the once quiet room.

"You're going to be the death of me, I swear." she groans, covering her face with her hands.

I laugh lightly, breathing on her still exposed core, making her body shiver.

Laurel's POV

"Do you have to leave?" I whine playfully, sitting on the edge of my bed wrapped in a sheet.

"Well, you said it yourself that Steph should be here in a minute right?" Julia smiles, pulling her pants on.

"I guess I did." I frown.

"Don't look so sad," Julia says, placing her hands on my knees, "I'll see you tomorrow, and if you want to, you can call me later. Okay?"

"Okay." I say.

Our lips lock together. Before I can pull her on top of me, she pulls away.

"You're quite the seductress." she jokes.

"I try." I sigh, shrugging.

She laughs, and pulls me up from the bed.

"Walk me to the door."

I nod, and we start for the front of the house, hand-in-hand.

"Be good." Julia says to me when we make it to the door.

"No promises." I wink.

Julia shakes her head happily, then pecks me on my lips before opening the door to leave. I watch as she gets in her car from the window and drives away, taking a piece of me with her like last time. But this time I know it's a piece I'll soon get back, and I can't wait.
