HIM AGAIN

Chapter 2

(Nick's POV)

I groaned as the light from the window covered a little portion of the room. The light from the sun created a faint sting towards my face and I left an annoyed moan.

"Well good morning to you too, Mr. Sun." and I left out a slight chuckle upon the thought of me greeting the sun hit me.

I move my gaze to the side of my bed where my alarm clock is placed over my white wooden table. 6:30 AM – the numbers greeted as got out from my little sleeplessness.

I quickly applied my daily morning routine as I got the towel from my closet and dashed directly towards the bathroom. I glanced at my skinny body as I slid out from my boxers and shirt.

I took a five-minute shower and directly brushed my teeth. After my morning routine I got out of the bathroom and slid to a new pair of purple V-necked shirt, a white skinny jean, and black and white converse shoes.

I jogged downstairs as I finished my morning routine after glancing on my aura on the man-sized mirror. I directly went towards the kitchen I saw that Mason was already up. He had a slice of toasted wheat bread with nutella.

His other free hand is holding his phone and slowly chuckled while talking to the other line.

"Yeah, he's awake." Mason blinked at me and formed his lips with a 'mom' sign which directly made me got the message that he's talking with mom.

Mason handed me his phone and patted my shoulder. "Make it faster coz we're gonna be late." Mason added since he is all ready to go to his school a few kilometers from mine.

"Hey mom, how's you and dad?" I said with a smile that curled on the side of my lips.

"Well, we're doing fine. How 'bout you, did Mason bullied you?" Mom said with a chuckle from the other line.

"Nahhh, he better not even think about it or he'll never be able to eat." I chuckled after spitting the words.

"We'll be back home in a week okay. Don't forget what I told you. Don't let strangers in and don't party or have sex on the house. And make sure wear protection okay." I groaned upon hearing my mom's lectures.

Mason called my name from the living room which served as my cue to go to school. "Bye mom, I love you, say hi to dad okay."

"Bye hon, I love you too." And I hang up after three seconds.

"Baby bro, get your ass up here or you'll never see Skylar." Mason teased me and I let out a little blush. He really knows how to press my buttons.

"Whatever, I'm coming Masey." Mason really hates it when he hears this name call.

The ride towards the school was not dull. I really enjoy my brother's company. He played his radio with the song "Love Yourself" by Justin Bieber.

"my mama don't like you and she likes everyone.

And I never liked to admit that I was wrong.

And I've been so caught up with my job

Didn't see what's going on, and now I know..."

We both sang to the music and I never noticed that I'm already at the school gate.

"Bye baby bro, give Skylar a kiss on the lips for me." Mason chuckled and I blushed.
