Chapter 23: Mental breakdown/ NALUUUUUU!!

Lucy PoV

I get up and out of my bed and walk into the en suite that connects to my and Luna's hotel room. What happened with Natsu last night. He kissed me?! I thought while having my shower. What does that mean? Does he like me? Maybe he drank too much last night. No we did drink any alcohol last night. Agh why does he have to be so complicated?! I yell frustrated in my head. I get out and chant a spell. "Nature's blessings! Vine bind! Training!" Then my clothes glow then unwrap, wrap and when the glowing stops I'm wearing a blue tank top with black shorts. I walk out and wake Luna up. "Luna get up you lazy cow!" I shout and flop on top of her. "Ahh." Luna shouted muffled by my stomach. I get off and she flies up angry. "Why did you wake me like that?!" She shakes a fist. "Just get dressed. We need to be downstairs in 2 minutes." I look at the clock on the wall and start walking to the door. Luna requipes into her normal attire and we walk down to the lobby.

As we get down stairs I see the group waiting patiently for us. Then I see Natsu. I quickly hide behind a pillar pulling Luna with me. "WHAT ARE Y..." I covered her mouth so she could calm down and so the group couldn't hear her screams. "Look, Nastu kissed me last night and I don't know what to doooooo. Help meeee?" I whisper and groan and slide to the floor with Luna on my lap. "He liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiikes yoooooooooooooooou." She rolls her tongue in the annoying way that Happy does. Then I hear footsteps coming closer and closer until they're right next to me and Luna. "Um, Luce are you okay?" Nastu peers down at me as I mop. He's acting like nothing happened?! I thought shocked. "She's fine. Just having a mental breakdown." Luna says flying out of my arms. "Why?" Wendy asks sitting next to me. "Well she and...." I cover her mouth again and pull her into my chest.

Natsu's PoV

I hope things aren't awkward between us now. I think as I look down at the cowering Lucy on the floor, who suddenly gets up.

Lucy's PoV

I panic then smell a familiar smell. "Gala." I say, getting up, and run out the lobby and on to the beach to find Galaxia playing in the water. "Gala!" I shout and run up to her with Luna still in my arms. "Princess!" She shouts as I jump into her arms. "How are you?" She asks pretending like she doesn't know anything. "They all know don't they?" I ask afraid to know the scary truth. "Hehe! Yep." She smiles and I collapse into the sea water. "Lucy?!" Ersa and Gray ask. "She's fine." Galaxia helps me on my feet. "Natsu!" I shout angrily letting go of Luna and storming up to Natsu who was on the shore. "Y-yes?" He asks scared as I reach him I grab his face and pull him close and kiss him on the lips. I fell like I'm being controlled. I bet you're controlling me Gala. I telepathically talk to Galaxia. You needed some help. She giggles innocently. After a couple seconds we melt into the kiss and stand like that for a minute but it felt like eternity. "Well that escalated quickly." Jellal muttered as Luna and Gala snicker as we pull out of our kiss. "I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to...." I trailed off as Natsu pulls me into another kiss which makes me quite shocked at first but I melt into it again. When we pulled out again I heard applause surrounding us. The whole fairytail group clapping us. "Finally!" Gray laughs, smirking as Natsu and I blush hardly. "We should get training now." Natsu walks in the ocean and begins doing a roar. We all went off to do our own thing and Gala, Luna and I went to the furthest part of the beach. I began mediating. I started flouting in the air. When I got really high Galaxia started a conversation. "So, he finally realised you're feeling!" She shouted and I lost concentration and fell until I grew my wings. "What the heck Gala?!" I screamed angrily. Talk about déjà vu. "I know right?" She giggles then I can't help but laugh with her at the reappearance of conversation.

Once we finished training it was getting dark so we decide to head back. When we get back I see Natsu standing at the edge of the water looking at the sun set. "I'll be along in a sec." I say and run over to him. "It's beautiful." I say standing by his side. "Sure is." He sits down so I sit down with him and rest my head on his shoulder. "We should probably talk about what happened today." He said. "Yeah." I sighed. "Lucy." Natsu said. He never calls me Lucy. Something must be up. I look up at him and he looks into my eyes. "I-I really do l-love you." He blurted out. I smiled and replied. ""I love you too Natsu." I smile and he puts his hand on my cheek and rests his forehead on mine. Then I feel a tear fall down my cheek. "Why are you crying?" He asks worriedly. "I'm just so happy." I say then jump on him making him fall so I'm on top of him. We both giggle and I wrap my arms around his neck as he does the same with my waist. I peck a kiss on his lips then I hear a snapping sound of a camera. I turn my head and shout. "LUNA!" I try to get up but Natsu pulls me into a warm and loving kiss. "Mira's going to be so happy and sad that she didn't get to see this in person." Luna snickers and takes another picture of us.
