Chapter 34: The guild.

~Back at the guild~

Levy's PoV

I heard screaming and cursing from up stairs as I read on about Lucy's magic. "I can't believe she didn't tell us." I mutter as tears ran down my face. I close my book and run upstairs to find Luna crying and everyone but Natsu shocked. "What happened?" I asked, taking everyone out of their trance. When that happened Gajeel went over to Natsu and tried to punch him in the face, but before he could do that Natsu collapsed. Wendy ran over to him. "H-He was under a sp-spell." She said. Everyone in the guild looked at each other. "Where's Lu-chan?" I ask them and they all look at master's office. Ersa, Gray, Wendy, Happy, Carla, Gajeel and I run up there and slam the door open. When we get in we see a closing portal and master standing in front of his desk. "You're too late. She's already left." He told us. Wendy and I burst into tears as the others tried to stay strong. "Levy. I expect you are aware?" He asks me and I hold back my tears. "Y-yes sir. I also have a cure. It seems that she put a spell on it so we wouldn't find out." I say, barely keeping in my tears. "What are you talking about?" Gray asks. "Let's go down stairs. Everybody needs to know this." Master kicks us down stairs.

Natsu wakes up and is miserably sitting by himself. "Alright everyone! Levy has some information to tell us all!" Master announces and everyone looks at the stage. "There's no easy way to say this, but...... Lucy is dieing!" I wait for it to sink in.

"WHAT!" The whole guild screams. Most of the girls and those closest to her start crying. "It's because of her Nature's Blessings magic! Every time she changed the season, it slowly sucked the life out of her!" I announced, tears slowly falling down my face. "Is there a cure!?" Natsu shouts from his alone table. "There must be a sacrifice from a dark magic Mage!" I end. Everyone looks at each other. "Where is she!?" Another member calls out. "The dragon realm!" Master answers. The mood gets even heavier.

Then a light appears in the centre of the guild. "Finally, I've been waiting for you to find it out!" A deep, unfamiliar voice comes from it and someone walks through it. "Zeref!" Everybody screams, except for Natsu. "I'm taking you to the realm. She's been sulking in her room for days." He smiles and every dragon slayer and exceed disappears. "Good luck!" Cana screams drunkly. Please. Bring her back to us. I hug my book closely to me. She's our light.
