Chapter 37: My big decision

(A/N. Hey guys I need help! I just found out that the last 2014 series for Fairy Tail is ending tomorrow! T~T. I need to know if this is true. Please someone comment! I beg of you!
Okay freak out over. Let's get on with the story.)

Lucy's PoV

Gajeel, Wendy, Carla, Lily, Happy, Luna, Natsu and I were all walking back to the guild, after what had happened in the dragon realm. As it drew closer I started to panic. Soon I began to hyperventilate. "Luce! Are you all right!?" Natsu panicked. "Lucy-San!" "Bunny girl!" "Esty!" "Lucy!" Each one of my friends called as I continued to breath heavily. "Yeah. It's just. What...if they're...angry....at me." I blabber between breaths. Then they all sweat drop. "Esty. Do you know how worried we all were, about your safety?! Everybody cried! Even Ersa!" Luna screamed at me, a murderous aura surrounding her. "I thought I had lost you forever. I thought that it wasn't fair for it to be you." Tears, once again, started to build up in her eyes. My breathing quickly went back to its original pace. "I'm so sorry Moon!" I cry and pull her into a hug. "Don't get all sappy on me now." Luna grumbles, pushing me away softly as I saw her tears go and replaced with a slightly blushing face. "Come on! Let's go!" Natsu grabbed my hand and we ran the rest of the way to the guild.

When we got there I started pacing in front of the guild's doors. "Come on bunny girl! Open the door already." Gajeel moaned, clearly getting inpatient. "Give her time, Gajeel-San! She needs to think of what she's going to do!" Wendy lightly elbowed him in the legs, which was at her shoulder height. "Luce, you got this. If it gets too much for you, I'm here." Natsu placed a hand on my shoulder to comfort me. "Thanks Natsu." I looked back at him and put my hand on top of his. With my confidence fully renewed I pushed the double doors open. Once they were widely open I heard screams from all around. "LUUUUUCCCCCCYYYYYY!" Everybody screamed and ran to me with tearful eyes and arms wide. As they reach me they all jump on me, like, legitimately jump on top of me so I fall over. "LUCY!" They all scream again as I'm being crushed under all of the weight that is currently killing me. "G-G.....uys......" I try to breath in but its almost impossible. They all quickly jump off, realising they were suffocating me. "Lu-chan/Lulu! We thought you were dead!" Lizanna and Levy said in unison and began crushing me again. "I-I'm sorry f-or worry-ing you g-guys." I hug them back, trying to hold back the tears and breath at the same time. They let go then the rest of team Natsu walked up. "Lucy." Ersa muttered before she pulled me into a bone crushing hug. "I'm sorry Ersa." I whispered to her and she nods. "I'm just happy you made it back alive." She let go and let Gray walk up. "You baka." He laughs and hugs me. "You should always tell us when something like this is happening." He says in his usual cool manner, but I can sense the worry and relief in his voice. "I'm sorry Gray." I say, letting a tear fall. "You're like a brother to me. My only brother." I mutter the last part. "I'm sorry Lucy." Gray apologises to me. "Why are you saying sorry. I'm the one who worried everyone!" I pull out and show him and the guild my happiest smile. "You don't have to hide it from us, Lucy. We know what your brother did for you." Romeo tells me. "He knew what he had to do the second he got here." Makarov tells me with a serious tone. "I'm knew I couldn't keep it from you guys." I smile at them, but this time it's a sad smile. Then I feels a hand on my back. "Don't worry Luce. I'll protect you." Natsu smiles, trying to comfort me. "We'll all protect you! You don't only need flame brains!" Gray teases and he guild shouts in agreement. I giggle. "Thanks you guys. I feel much better now that I'm home." I smile a happy, not fake, smile at them and a guild member shouts out. "Let's PARTYYYYYYYY!" And we all party the night away.

Natsu's PoV

As everybody is partying, I walk up to Lizanna. "Hey Lizanna. Can I talk to you for a sec?" I blush, knowing what I'm about to ask. "Er. Sure Natsu?" She kind of questioned and has a suspicious look on her face as she stands up and walks away from her table. I walk with her to a room in the back. "So, what did you want to talk about Natsu?" She asks, keeping her distance. "I need some advice." I admit and sit on the floor. She sighs in relief and sits on the floor across from me. "You see. I want to ask Luce to marry me, but I don't know if it's too early." I get straight to the point. She looks at me for a minute or so before answering. "OF COURSE!" She squeals and jumps up. "Good. Now I need you to help me." I stand up as well and punch my fist in my other hand. "I'm so happy Natsu!" Lizanna squeals again and jump hugs me.

After that we head back to the party and I start a fight, of course.

Gray's PoV

I see Natsu going up to Lizanna and ask her to go some where with him. Is he? Blushing? I thought as I question what he could have wanted. After a bit I decided to follow them and found them in a private room at the back to the guild. "OF COURSE!" I hear Lizanna cry and I peak through a crack in the door. When I see through I see them hugging looking quiet chuffed with themselves. Is Natsu cheating on Lucy?! I question myself again. How could he?! She just lost her brother and almost died! I scream in my head.

Before I know it, they are walking to the door so I quickly run back to the party. What should I do?! I can't tell Lucy. It'll break her heart. I can't tell anyone else, gossip goes through the guild like Natsu's fire! I think of a plan as everybody in the guild parties. What am I gonna do?!

(A/N. Thanks for reading! I know I haven't been updating lately, but I've got my GCSEs coming up and my options. If any of you guys live in England and are in year 9 at the moment, you'll know why I'm stressing out. Apparently the government decided for us to take the hardest GCSEs yet and want to change the entire marking system and just the system in general. Sorry for my rant. 🤗 but hope you enjoyed, I'll hopefully upload soon and hope you enjoy your Easter my little storm clouds!)
