Hey, guys!! Okay, first things first, we have reached 10.1K reads!! HOW AMAZING IS THAT?!

It's pretty damn amazing! And I'm super happy. When I typed up the first chapter of this, I didn't think it'd get so many reads. Thank you all. I love ya!

Secondly, I am going through a lot right now, so updates on this story will be slow. I'm gonna focus more on my DN Boyfriend Scenarios for a while. (#selfadvertisment)

Thank you all for reading. Earlier this week, a friend of mine came up to me and asked, "Why do you write?"

And I didn't have a legit answer.

But here's my answer, since I know now. I write to inspire. I want to be that person that when people are down, they pick up a book of mine or read this and think, 'she's been through a lot, too. If she can do it, I can do it, too!'
Inspiration is what powers our world. If people weren't inspired, nothing would exist. There wouldn't be Death Note, or Free!, or even things like the N64 or PS4.

And recently, one of my best friends began to cut. And I think it may have been my fault. My friend keeps asking me to go out with him, but I won't do it. Why? For his own good. He deserves to be with someone that's not crazy like I am. But then a week or two ago, he slit his wrist, and ended up getting taken to the hospital. Thank God, he's alright, but I think that I just need a small little break.

I promise to get right back on this as soon as I can. I mean, how would I be able to call myself a true Mello fangirl if I can't even write a good fanfic, right?

So I'll be back. In the meantime, if you want, go read the DNBS series on my profile. But for now, I'm taking a break from this story.
