"Hey, Emma, you wanna go to the drive-in with me?" Dallas asked at random one night.

"Yeah, sure," you said shrugging.

You two walked to the drive-in theater, sneaking in through a hole in the fence. You two grabbed a couple snacks and settled in to watch the movie.

"Hey," you whispered, "what's this one about?"

"I think some broad runs away with her best friend'a brother or her brother's best friend. Something like that," he answered.

You looked over at Dally, as he looked up at the screen. His profile, against the moonlight, was the most gorgeous things you'd ever seen. You had always had a small crush on him, but this was different. You just felt that being with him right then was just right.

"Emma, can I have some of that popcorn?" he asked.

"Uh, uh, yeah," you stuttered, as you were snapped out of your dreamy stare. "Here." You handed him the bucket.

For the next two weeks, all you could think of was Dally. Everything he did gained your full attention. Everything he said rang through your head, long after he said it. You knew that you were in love with Dallas Winston.

You spent hours at night pondering whether he liked you back or not. The thought started to eat at you, so you decided to ask him.

One day when you were hanging out with Dally, walking around town, you figured now was as good a time as any.

You cleared your throat. "Dal, I need to ask you something."

"Shoot, kid," he replied, leaning against the wall.

You took a deep breath and ran your hand through your black hair. "Dally, I really, really like you, and I just kinda wanted to know how you felt."

His eyebrows furrowed a little before his expression softened. "Emma... You're like a... Sister to me. You understand, right?"

Despite the sinking feeling in the pit if your stomach, you forced a smile and nod. "Yeah. I get it."

He smiled and ruffled your hair. "I knew you'd understand. You know, you're a good kid, Emma."

Okay... I'm sorry. I'm crying a little. I just hope you like it. Thanks for requesting!

I haven't really gotten a good opportunity to just sit and write until just a couple hours ago. So here I am, sitting and watching the last season of Friends and writing imagines. Hope you guys are doing something more productive with you lives. Lots of love! M'kay.
