I Want To Know, Will This Ever Go Away?

I don't understand why every time someone yells,

or is angry,

I shake.

I get so upset,

And anxious that i can hardly do anything.

It's my dad's fault most likely because,

He was the first one to yell at me,
To make me scared for my own life.

So now,

Whenever someone raises their voice or gets mad,

I shake and shake.

Until I cry,

Until it goes away.

This is not something that is getting better,

I believe that every time,

It gets worse.

And I'm not sure if this will ever go away,

I hope it does.
