Zeki's POV

"When we find the last kid, can we just run? I mean the Domi Society don't know every part of the world?" I try to persuade Sap once again, like I've attempting to do for the last ten weeks.

Time is nearly up, this doesn't bother me too much, it's the fact what we are going to do afterwards.

"Are you kidding me? How many days do you expect to last, if we do that? The Domi Society will send out an official warning to everyone, even to the Norm police." Sap asks eyebrows cocked with disbelief.

"Well, have you got any better ideas?" I snap back.

"Look, Zeki we will just hand over the teenagers to the Domi Society and then we can negotiate with them. If they are going to do anything malicious to the children we can step forward and reason with the society. They are very understanding people." Sap exasperatedly explains, not even looking up as he glares at the 4D slide he is holding.

Can't he understand that it will be too late for that? Since when do the Domi Society ever listen to average missionaries? Sap needs to take his head out of the trees and see for himself that the Domi Society are not going to be emotively moved by any words of wisdom he can muster up. The Domi Society are not the golden group pushing for world peace and equality. Any desire of equility they do happen to harbour will be acted upon by killing the children as these kids seem to have more power, than us meger individuals

"Listen, Sap, you need to stop being a child and open your mind. You never saw the side that Dese and me witnessed, when we were training  because you were always the goody two shoes and you still are. Not everything is seeing and believing. You have to trust us on this mate." I fume, spitting my words out.

"I'm the child? You are the one that has come up with completely absurd ideas, with no clear evidence nor valid reason that the three children we have been hunting down for three month are just being kidnapped to be murdered." Sap splutters.

"How do you know they won't be? They could be slaughtered the second we step into the Pacific campus." I retort.

"What makes you so positive that the three children will be killed?" Sap fires back.

He is so frustrating. Why doesn't he understand that once we place these kids in danger,  all hell will break loose. We wasted twelve weeks finding them, I just want to know it hasn't been a wasted effort.

"Which are of the last five addresses are we going to go hunting at?" Dese asks looking at the annotated 4D slide Sap is clutching, dissipating the our fresh argument.

She hasn't got involved this time, I guess she has given up on persuading Sap of our doubts. Sap, although he is "the wise" one needs to understand that you can't just have blind faith. Yes, they have rescued us, when we were alone and gave us a home but they are just as hospitable as they are devious.

"I think we are going to this one, it's in New York." Sap points out.

"How do you know?" I hotly ask.

"I don't Zeki. I know the same as you. If you think you know more than me, which you so brazenly claim, go ahead hurry up and pick one. It's our last night to look for them, anyway." Sap shoves the slide into my hands.

"Oh, so you can blame me for the penalty."

"Here, I'll choose." Dese snatches the slide of addresses from me. "We're going to Miami." with finality after skimming through the list, that only has five addresses that haven't been crossed off..

"What about the kids?" I ask,

"They are staying here. They have enough practice and skill to defend themselves now and both know if they need to escape, they need to sift to alleyway that we found Love." Sap orders pulling on his leather jacket.
