Chapter 9 : Hanging out

Maya's pov:

I woke up the next day in Lucas's arms. I smiled to myself as I tried to wiggle out from his arms without waking him up. Well, it didn't work.

"Good morning beautiful" Lucas winked at me.

"Hey" I smiled as I got up.

"What? No good morning kiss?" He fluttered his eyes but I just rolled my eyes in response.

"Not until you brush your teeth" I chuckled as his smile turned upside down.

"Let's go have some breakfast" I said.

Just when I was about to opened the door, Lucas grabbed my arms and pushed me against the wall. He smirked at me before connecting our lips together.

God, I love him so much.

"Your breath stinks" I said and then stick my tongue out to him.

"Really Maya?" He smirked at me. "We both know you loved it"

"Yeah right" I rolled my eyes in response.

"Well, why didn't you pushed away?" I shrugged and he smirked at me. "That's what I thought"

I just rolled my eyes at him in response, and grab his arms and walked downstairs together to get breakfast.

"Good morning guys" my mom said while eating her waffles.

"Hey ma, what's for breakfast?" I asked her and kissed her cheeks before sitting on my chair.

"Victoria is making pancakes for you two" Lucas sit down on the chair next to mine and we both go trough our phones.

A few minutes later, Victoria, came into the dining room holding two plates of pancakes.

"So, spring break just started. Let's like go to Six Flags Magic Mountain or something" He said, breaking the silence.

"I would love to, but I'm going to Stevens Point to shoot a couple episodes of Voltage" I told him.

"I love that show! It's like Star Wars and Lord of the Rings had a baby and then the Avengers adopted it!" He squealed. I was really surprised that he's a fanboy.

"Have you read all of the books?" I questioned him.

"Of course" He replied in a duh tone

"You know Jessica? What is she like?" I asked him again.

"She hates Tess. They've always hated each other. But then, Jessica found out about Voltage and they became friends" He explained.

"By the way, how long are you gonna be gone?" He asked me.

"Just a week" I replied and he nodded.

We finished our pancakes and we headed back to my room. Lucas quickly grab his keys and went home.

After Lucas left, I started packing. Ugh! packing is such a pain in the ass.

Then hour later, I finally finish packing. YAY! I'm actually surprised it only took me like an hour. Well, I don't really need to bring many clothes, because most of the time I will be wearing the outfit that they gave me.

Right now, I'm on my way to Riley's house. We're just gonna hang out at her place. Josh, Farkle and Lucas are already there. When I arrived at her house, they were all sitting in a circle. Let me guess, truth or dare? I really hate that game.

"Hey Maya, Come here, we're playing truth or dare" Riley said and I quickly sit down next to Lucas.

"Alright Josh, your turn, truth or dare?" Farkle asked him.

"Dare" He answered.

"I dare you to take the ugliest selfies possible and send it to the hottest girl on your phone"

Josh looked at Farkle with his eyes wide open, and we all laugh at his reaction. Josh took out his phone and start to make ugly faces.

"Alright, I already sent them" Josh tell us.

"To who?" We all asked unison.

Then, I heard my phone beeped, and when I opened it, it was some ugly pictures of Josh.

"Really Josh? You sent it to me?" I raised my eyebrow at him.

"So my girlfriend is the hottest girl on your phone, huh?" Lucas said, giving him a death glare.

"Look, I just got a new phone, and the only girls on my contact is my mom, Maya and Riley" Josh tell us and Lucas let out a sighed, relieved.

"Alright Maya, your turn, truth or dare?" Riley asked me.

"Truth"

"Is it true what happened between you and Charlie last night?" She asked me.

"Um... Yeah" I paused. "But thank god Lucas came and help me"

"Yeah, we heard that Lucas literally blow up, when he found out what Charlie did" Josh said.

"Look, that dude is trying to have sex with MY GIRL. You really think I would let that happen?"He said and my cheeks started to heat up and turned red. And Farkle suddenly just walk out of the room. I don't know what's wrong with him. He's been acting weird since yesterday. Something's up with Farkle, and I'm going to find out.
