INGREDIENTS:

Fresh milk ½kg, full cream powder milk 1cup, Sweet Condensed milk 1cup,Sugar (as per taste),Fresh Cream 250gm,Bread slices 2, yellow food colour 1pinch. Almonds (chopped) 25gm, Pistachios (chopped) 25gm,cardamom powder ¼Table spoon.

METHOD:
Boile milk in a pot, add Cardamom powder, almonds & Pistachios cook for 15-20 min. and turn off flame. Let the milk cool add powder milk, Condensed milk, bread slices, Cream, and Yellow food color; mix it well in blender or by hand add suger as per your taste. pour into kulfi moulds. keep in freezer (minimum 4-6 hours). When kulfi is set, remove from mould. ( use disposable paper cups if you don't have mould). Garnish with sterling silver leaf and enjoy.
