ALOO PAKODA

INGREDIENTS:
2 big potatoes
2 cups full gramflour or besan
1 tsp full of red chilli powder 
chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
oil for deep frying

METHOD:
Peel thinely slice and wash the potatoes

Mix gramflour red chilli salt and chopped coriander leaves

Heat oil in a kadhai for frying pakodas

When the oil is hot pour a tsp of this hot oil into the gramflour mixture and mix everything well  that ways the pakodas will puff and become crispy..

Pour sufficient water and make a medium but flowing consisitency batter nor too thick nor very thin

Dip the potatoe slices in the gramflour batter make sure to coat well from all sides and deep fry in hot oil on both the sides on high flame till golden brown do not over crowd the pakodas ..

Serve with pudina chutney and tomato sauce ...enjoy
