INGREDIENTS:
1/2 chicken,
oil,
carrot cube cut,
butter,
chicken stock 2 cups,
cream,
onion quater cut,
green chillies,
celery choppd,
white flour,
pepper,
salt,
maggi cube.METHOD:
Clean and cut chicken into cubes and boil chicken with enough water and add onion and carrot boil until tender.
Strain chicken cut into small pieces and keep aside.
Add oil in a scalet stir fry onion celery and green chillies keep aside .
Add butter in a seperate pan add white flour and cook for a second and off the stow.
Add chicken stock ,maggi cube ,white pepper,salt and chicken pieces ,white flour and boil for 2 3 mins .
Decorate with cream.
