Pepper Mutton gravy
INGREDIENTS:
Mutton 1/2 kg
Onion 2
Tomato 3
Cinnamon 1/2 inch
Cloves 2
Gngr Grlc paste 2 tbsp
Mint leaves few
Coriander leaves half bunch
Turmeric powder 1/4tbsp
Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Yogurt half cup or cooking cream .For gravy paste:
Black pepper 2 tbsp
Kasoori methi 1 teaspoon .curry levs few. oil .salt to taste

METHOD:
Take a cooker,add oil ,cinnamon,icloves n then add d onions fr fr to till golden brown .then add ,gngr grlc paste.red chilli powder .,turmeric black pepper power fr fry 5 minutes then add casuri methi .put de half boil mutton pieces.salt and yogurt or cooking cream .mix well n then add de coriander lvs .and last chopped gngr and curry lv.... Garnishing tomatoes slice .garlic flacks and coriander lvs .Serve hot with chapati or rice.♥
