Onion 3, tomato 5, green chilli 2, coriandr lvs,cinamn stick small,crdamm1, clvs 2, cumin seeds,musterd seeds,oil,grm msala pwdr,salt,turmeric pwdr,blck ppr pwdr,white ppr pwdr,red chilli pwdr,pinch of red clr,gg paste,cornflr..
Method.. Take a frypan put oil 4 tblspn den add cinamn stick,clvs 2, cardomm 1, cumin seeds1/2 , mstrd seeds 1/2 teaspn... Saute den add onoin choped,saute well wen its chng in clr add tomato chpd n chilli... Cook for 10 mnt den Add red chilli pwdr all above ingrdnt 1/2 tea spoon.. Den take 1 boild egg cut into small pieces add in dat gravy.... Add 1 glass of water n bring 2 boil.. Saute well n add boild eggs..... The yummy egg gravy is ready...
