FOR DOUGH

INGREDIENTS :
5 cups flour
1 pkt instant yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tblsp sugar
Half cup oil

METHOD:
Mix the dry ingredients. Add oil and then enough of warm milk and water to make dough.

FOR FILLING

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg cubed fillet
2 Tblsp red masala
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp whole cumin
1 tsp dry Coriander
1/4 tsp arad
3 Tblsp Lemon juice
3 Tblsp Tomato sauce
2 Tblsp mayonnaise

METHOD:
Cook the above in butter.
When cool,
add:
1/2 tin cream style sweet corn
Cheddar cheese

Roll dough out thin, cut rounds, put filling and cover with another round. Fry on Tava till golden brown.
